They sell kmart things at a mark-up but the lady was very friendly and she did have the charger we'd needed at 8pm at night 😁

Great family owned store the staff are allways polite and very friendly. It is allways clean and your allways greeted with a smile and a hello. They have an excellent range of everything from the laundry to the kitchen which is fantastic. They even have obscure things needed for apartment living like specialised light bulbs and batteries for your key sensors. As far as inner city convenience stores go there prices are just amazing on most of the everyday consumable items they match or are even cheaper than Woolworrhs or Coles so it's a definite 5 stars all the way.

The owner and the staff are so friendly unlike Rise Supermarket around the corner whose staff are very rude and incompetent. Swan Convenience has quite a lot of things which makes me want to shop there. Once I got a free mini chocolate :) from the owner. They have a nice range of plant-based milk products, electronics, crockery and more.

I call the store to check something before drive there. Owner was friendly and helped me find it over the phone.

I bought hand sanitizer, and upon inspecting it in my car, I noticed a manufacturing defect. I returned to the shop and showed the issue to the girl working there. She mentioned that it wouldn’t affect its use and tried to downplay the fault. Finally, in a rather high tone, she asked if I wanted a refund. When I said yes, she responded, “You should have asked for it first.” In my opinion, when I pointed out the fault, she should have politely inquired whether I preferred a refund or an exchange. This has been my worst customer service experience in Australia since arriving. Thank you.

Hi, I purchased chicken rice and chicken breast on 26th July but the bill shows as 15th December 2019. Its very disappointing and I am not able to claim the purchase.
