Nothing regarding the lovely lady who works here or owns the place, she is a charm to that business but the guy is not.

last week I got a pouch of tobacco for 54.xx$ and I told the lovely lady that they are selling it for lesser than Cole's.
She properly explained they can only raise some percentages and not as the supermarkets like Cole's.

Now the problem is I went today to get same tobacco and the guy charged me 64$ I thought it was strange and asked him if the price has increased as it tends to do so he went back to the marked price and told me it's the same which is why I got suspicious and didn't got the pouch. As soon as I went out side I checked Cole's for the price of the same tobacco which was 59$ - 60$ where they were charging a lot more than Cole's.
So I went back in and asked him are you sure the price is correct first response for the man was " go buy it from there then "
He never bothered to explain why he was marking the tobacco price at 64$ whereas it was only 54$ just last week. I told him he's an idiot and he started yelling like a mad man.

Really sorry for this business. But I cannot rate below 1 star else I would had done it.
I only get tobaccos from them as it's cheaper and nearby.

Please avoid the man but the lady is really really nice.

The store owner is arrogance and rude. There is no such thing call customer service at all. The price is high and some product is expired but still selling. Please be careful when you paid at the counter, they might steal money from you because not good at math. I was surprised to see they still survived. And others get trick. The Vietnamese discriminate against others and it is bad.

Never ever visit again and hope they get lost soon.

Selling stale item when you ask a question the are very rude when they respond the male in the shop gets very angry and intimidating when I mentioned the stuff they are selling is stale NEVER GOING BACK THERE TO SPEND MY MONEY Strongly advice people to not buy from this deli

Repackaging bulk food into small containers, broken fridges/freezers, unenthusiastic staff and a cockroach in a pack of “fresh” strawberries (no joke). Avoid.

Waited outside for 20 minutes for them to open. I even called them to ask them what the hold up was. Still didn’t open 20 minutes past the listed opening time

selling expired food and melted ice cream, freezers and fridges don't work!

The male working is disrespectful and rude
