I bought last Monday and I really liked the service from the young man there. Quick and affordable! Really recommend 110% this store

On a hot 40 degree day, the husband and wife provided me with great service and had a lot of patience with me and helping load up my truck with the racks.

Great staff who are very eager to help. Plus there's good quality shelves here. Been using one for 6 years and still works like a gem.

Great product!

As with another review, the husband and wife of this business are extremely rude. The wife is a bit better but the husband has issues. Right of the bat, started arguing with us that what we want doesn't exist in black. Didn't even bother to listen to what we wanted. After actually listening to what we wanted, "oh yeah, that comes in black". LOL! When we asked some questions, he just walked away back into the office. I nearly walked away as well but we were already there and it was a 39 degree day. I just wanted to get it done. There's another mob at Wetherill Park selling the exact same shelving and they are $20 cheaper. Take your business elsewhere folks. This guy is a nut job who must be sick of what he's doing and doesn't appreciate the business, nor does he deserve it. Good luck mate. Keep treating customers poorly. Word gets around.

Very rude people , zero customer service and they don’t brother to speak to customers only want money and orders , no even single word want to talk . , don’t waste your time and money and go there .man and woman become aggressive without any reason , we bought shelves , then they cancelled the order cause they gave us wrong colour and when we asked for correct colour they start speak on their language ( CN ) and become so rude they using body language which you don’t understand.. don’t waste your time and money … very bad store and people
