The staff here were super helpful when my car's battery died, I called ahead to check their stock and they were upfront about the price and service. They confirmed the battery was actually dead before commencing the work, they were friendly and quick and happy to answer questions. Very happy with their work and to have fixed the issue within an hour!

The guys were very helpful and efficient. It took around 15 minutes from the time I arrived, had the battery tested, replaced and paid for to the time I drove off. Just what I needed on a busy Friday morning between meetings.

I visited Albion Battery World to replace my secondary accessory car battery, but I left with a brand new main battery that was exchanged under warranty. This unexpected exchange was all thanks to the observant staff member who initially installed the accessory battery. Noticing something amiss with the main battery's appearance, he took it upon himself to conduct a thorough test. Despite the battery technically passing the test, he trusted his instincts and made the decision to replace it. It is very rare to get this kind of proactive approach, which truly impressed me.

The staff at Battery World Albion are very friendly, helpful and have excellent customer service. I recently called into the shop with a flat battery (which I jump started) and the staff member Keenan assisted me to have it changed and get on my way. I have been buying all of my batteries from Battery World here and in Macgregor as the batteries have a longer warranty and the staff always answer any questions I have. Highly recommend there guys! 5 stars!

Told by my mechanic (a franchise outfit in Albion) that I needed to replace the car battery I decided against getting it changed by them and instead took it myself to these guys. We had selected the new battery and the deal was done but when the guys went to replace the current battery for me they thought it was odd that it needed replacing. So they tested the battery multiple ways and found the battery was fine. This kind of honesty and customer service is pretty rare these days; so now that I’ve found it, I will be back when my car battery actually does need replacing.
