Rolling Luggage

I would like to begin by mentioning my wife and i cannot say anything other than that we have dealt with possibly the upmost best customer service we have experienced in our entire life.

We urgently needed an extra suitcase for accessories etc. As we were unable to put in certain items in our carry on bag.

One of the dearest employees at rolling luggage kindly assisted us into determining which size suitcase would be best to fit these items.

The kind employee that assisted my wife and i in a difficult situation that we believed we might miss our flight due to not having enough space to arrange our luggage. He was very professional, treated us with predominant respect and i can see he did nothing but try his absolute best to be at service for us.

Rolling luggage was a very obliging store to enter in with such kind employees. I have also observed that the prices at Rolling luggage are very affordable and would highly recommend purchasing their top quality suitcases.

Fabulous shopping experience, went into the shop Saturday 16/7/22
The lovely assistant who attended to us was called Miki.
She was knowledgeable with her products and extremely attentive to detail.
We ended up purchasing 4 Samsonite large suit cases with 4 carry on case,and also a Samsonite backpack (backpack 30%off)
The price was exceptional as Samsonite was on sale 40% reduced.
All in all a fantastic shopping experience.
Highly recommended for those in the market.

Nice store with very helpful and friendly staff. They sell mostly samosite and related brands, but gave great advice and helped us out a lot.

Great knowledge of products

I was in store. Sydney international airport on 9 June 2019, 10.30 am.
The Latino lady was extremely unhelpful and stuck up.
I asked my question and because she was so unhelpful and her manner so cold.
I had no interest and walked right out. Why would I entertain the thought to spend my money with that unwelcome attitude.
Employ someone who wants to be there and who will give your business a good brand/reputation.
