Good place to shop

Like other people saying, no smile, no will to serve nor help, just a waste of of time to visit. Was actually a humiliating experience, what a shame. Please do some basic customer service training at least. :(

Not worth to visit, the Chinese staff he was not willing to serve, even there was no any other customers.
He had no basic customer servicing skills…. Never ever been such a rude Hermes boutique ever.

Joanne was rude, rolling her eyes at me and telling me to leave if I didn’t want the product since it wasn’t the colour I wanted. Humiliating experience.

Rude asian lady staff with black long hair. When we asked some questions about the products she doesn't even wanna talk, no smile, roll eyes to answered. What kind of service training they have. This is one of the worst Hermes store in the world.

I just want to tell the staff that you DON’T own the company, you just work there. When I walked into the store and asked about the Oran Sandles, I was told that their size starts from 38 LOL. When I checked the website, found out that their sizing starts from 34. The staff might thought a short, brown girl can’t afford one.
You don’t have any right to judge someone by their appearance. Please remember you DON’T own the company

Horrible service, service staff was quite rude and mean to my 1 year old child. Obviously quite unhappy at her job. Bad for her and bad for Hermes

Rude Staff. I frequently travel through the Sydney Airport and have purchased items from this and other stores at the airport. I will warn you that the staff, particularly the morning staff, is quite rude and arrogant. They mistakenly believe that because they are selling expensive items that their customers can be treated like the plague. Don't walk in with a cup of coffee because you will be asked to leave. The management is absent and needs to replace the woman who acts as if she owns the store because she will only offer assistance to Chinese speaking clients and is extremely rude to everyone else.

Website and google says opening is 8am yet I’ve wasted 23 mins standing here and it’s still not open. Could easily have made the purchase before my flight but now have had my time wasted instead.

I was informed via telephone this morning that there is no stock of an item of jewellery I am after. I asked if they could order it in for me and they said they have no control over the items they have in stock. It seems such a crazy way to do business. So over these so called luxury brands who seem to have the worst service standards around.

I don’t even know why the staff feel so proud of them self, they can’t even afford anything in Hermes. They only can used their staff discount buy some cheap shoes and twilly. Stop rolling ur eyes and being professional at least.

Phone calls were not answered on weekday.

Mitarbeiterin (dunkle lange Haare - asiatisch // 25.06.23) hat es nicht für nötig gehalten mich zu bedienen, stattdessen hat sie sich lieber selber im Spiegel betrachtet.
Ich kaufe meine Schuhe lieber in einem anderen Laden. Danke! ;)
