I bought a Milkcan parcel letterbox from Dagood products. It's a great product and was a good price. I had some issues with the delivery and the owner was helpful, and happy to assist me.

While searching for a mailbox for our home, I discovered Dagood Products. The available design choices complemented our theme, and positive reviews regarding quality caught my attention. Opting for the Stella Parcel + Mail Fence/Brick Letterbox in white, we also included a sticker displaying our street name and number. As a promotional gift, we received street numbers.
The delivery was punctual, the packaging was excellent, and we were delighted with our choice as it looks stunning!

I had the honour of being Dagood's first New Zealand based customer, with my purchase of a Zurich fence/brick parcel letterbox.
Absolutely smooth service from start to finish - it was like they'd been shipping here for years!

When I ordered my letterbox, it was out of stock, and I would have to wait for at least 2 weeks before it could be dispatched, which would have caused some delays to my planned move to my new home. However, when I reached out to the customer service, they were very responsive and offered another very similar product and shipped it right away once they had my confirmation. In the end, I can only say that they have just gained another happy customer 👌
