JB Hi-Fi Mount Gravatt

Previous experience with these stores has shown a lack of customer service so I've just walked out & gone to a competitor but I was pleasantly surprised here. Greeted as I walked in, directed where I needed to go, second staff member asked if I needed assistance, helped me find what I was looking for & the cashier was super friendly. Great experience all round!

I was helped by Sha today and she was awesome, I had a good time, and learned alot.
I went in seeking a new phone and to go on a plan so I wasn't sure where to start but after running through a few options and chatting with Sha for a while she helped me find the plan best suited to me.
if you ever need a down to earth, cool, and kind person to help you - Sha is the one to look for.

I otherwise hate JB HiFi, with their incompetent insurance and corporate teams. Tried to screw me over extended warranty and never responding to repeated messages left and left me waiting for 2 months!
But folks in this store more than made up for things. Special mention and many thanks to Charlotte, Cameron, Meeka, Emily and Ashley for restoring my faith. They know their products and went out of their way to help us. Will def recommend you to see these guys!

Visited the store earlier this afternoon looking at a couple of items.

I am a business owner, and thus I was impressed that about 5 separate people came up to me and ask if they can assist me... I love this level customer service.

I went in to pre-order an iPhone 15 after another JB Hi-Fi store had given me the wrong one. I was served by a staff member named Loki, he was super friendly and charismatic. I really appreciated the efforts he went to and how much he cared. Truly was the best customer service interaction I’ve ever had!

Great place to shop awesome deals spacious and friendly staff very helpful and can always be found which is a bonus shop here all the time when I need there product . Have up to date technology definitely recommend this place . Central loads of parking

Apparently not all stores have white goods but this one does ..Staff were super helpful and not super intrusive or sale pushy.. 2k fridge delivered and extremely satisfied

This is the upper mount gravatt store. The staff member that helped with our purchase was very friendly and quite knowledgeable on the product we brought . Made it very easy to decide on what we wanted.

Radhe took the time to work out what was best for me and answered every question I asked him with smile..

He then transferred everything over to my new phone..

Can’t remember the last time I got amazing customer service like that..

I walked in not confident at all.,
But walked out over the moon..

i have recently gotton in magic the gathering, if you want MTG cards for cheap, go to JBHIFI
there's other things like coffee machines and washing machines, gaming devices computers etc etc, i find the staff here helpful and knowledgeable in every single area

I recently made a purchase of a Hisense TV during a promotional sale. However, upon bringing it home, I discovered that it did not meet the specific requirements of my family due to limitations within the Vidaa App Store, particularly the inability to download certain Australian channel apps.

In an effort to resolve this issue, I approached Charlotte, the store manager, at JBHIFI and inquired about the possibility of exchanging the TV for a more suitable option. I was pleasantly surprised by Charlotte's quick and unwavering willingness to assist us in finding a solution. As a result, our purchasing experience was greatly improved as we were able to obtain a Sony TV that better met our needs. The exceptional level of service provided by JBHIFI, particularly Charlotte, is highly commendable and we are grateful for their attentive support.

Went in to the store and purchased a monitor, ended up purchasing a superior one with a better price after the staff member Bailey assisted me. Good experience, store is very clean and staff are polite.

Bought a gaming headset from there the one guy helped me pick out the right one and also gave me a great deal on it. Highly recommend, the people there are great.

Went in yesterday 29/10/22 to buy a new phone. Best retail experience I have had in a very long time. Young guy ( mid 20s tall, slim-sorry I didn’t get his name) super helpful, friendly, genuine. Actually knew what he was talking about! Put my screen protector and case on for me. Really great service. Store was nice and clean and all the other staff that I interacted with were also friendly.
