I found what I was looking for at a competitor for a lower price, hence my four star rating, but my service here was wonderful! :)

Worst place to shop. The manager is nothing but rude and definitely needs to get laid or something to change the sour attitude she likes to give her customers. Maybe if she didn’t act like such a high and mighty prude, she’d be happier. Do us a favour and go out on new years and hope someone is blind enough to think you’re attractive. Merry Christmas ✌🏻

Bought a bag from here Saturday 8/12/18. On paying I was told the transaction had failed because of their computer and I would have to put it through again, which was confirmed by both staff members at the counter. On continuing my Christmas shopping my next payment was declined due to insufficient funds because both transactions had gone through. I go back to the store and show them the double charge, and was told there was nothing they could do and head office would see it and one transaction would be reversed instead of coming out of pending. On 13/12 both transactions were finalised so I called the store again and their response was "oh nothing we can do you'll have to lodge a dispute with your bank. Head office will agree to reverse the transaction" all the while ignoring the fact that I cannot finalise buying gifts for my family because of their staff incompetence.
Edit: almost 2 weeks on and this store still has my money with no repayment in sight. I spoke again with the store manager who refused to take any ownership of the problem and said it was between my bank and their head office. The whole time they have refused to take any action to reverse their error, and it is up to me to fix their mistake. Apparently a simple transaction reversal or refund is too much for them. I cannot say this enough, do not buy from this store. Use one of the other luggage retailers in the centre.

My partner - an Aboriginal man - and I went to Travelite on Monday 27 May, ACT's Reconciliation Day public holiday, to purchase suitcases for an upcoming holiday. While I was waiting in line at the counter, I overheard the store clerk talking to a customer, belittling and insulting an Aboriginal man who had come in earlier that day. The clerk then said that, while it was great to get another public holiday, they did not see the big deal about reconciliation as 'it was 300 years ago -- they should just get over it'. I did not purchase my suitcase from this shop. I could not in good faith recommend it to anyone who expects fellow Australians to show respect, tolerance and basic decency.

The lady here working today is rude and seems to be on the attack. I hope our lord and saviour Jesus Christ guides her to a more peaceful approach to life.

I brought a travel luggage suitcase from Travelite canberra outlet on 21st November. The suitcase is not fit for use because of the Faulty zipper fastening machanism on it.
I had a warranty for my suitcase. I went to the outlet store in fyshwick on 27/03/22 at 10:30am and got unsatisfactory and poor customer service. There was a lady shop assistant who was not helpful to me at all. When My husband explained to her the actual issue obviously about my brand new travel luggage suitcase which I haven’t used it at all and even haven’t got the tag off yet. Instead of suggesting a best solution she was claiming repeatedly that she has not seen that sort of problem in her entire 10 year career and she was very rude And when my other friend went to ask her for an address for at least to get it fix under our warranty card she refused to give him the address and said she is not sure where it is. Working at the same place 10 year and don’t know what exactly she is doing. She needs a help please.
Under Australian Consumer law I am entitled to demand my money back , or ask for an equal replacement travel suitcase ASAP.
I hope to hear back from you ASAP.

Disappointing with the service i received on Monday 10th of May. Lucky for another bag store in the center. Your employee's could learn a thing or two from them.
