Taylor at Ascot store is a top bloke. Very pro-active and willing to help. In this age of "it's in Isle 3", a pleasant "let's have a look for you" was a welcome change.

Great range and knowlegable, friendly staff

I was spent thousands for the tools. The friendly sales Braydon gives me very good discount every time. Good warranty cover, I was broken the cold saw by accident, I was cutting off a little piece steel. This piece flipped over and hit into the saw guard. Stuck and twisted then saw cover broke. I sent the damaged cold saw back to them. This shop guys were very nice and cared about it. Now the saw is on repairing under warranty.
I very strongly suggest to buy tools at this tool shop.

This store has every tool imaginable, with all the major brands set out to suit which tool platform you have. The staff are very knowledgeable, Brayden was able to answer every question we asked and was very patient with our decision-makingg, on which tools to purchase. Thanks, Brayden.

Customer service is on point. I had an issue with a machine I bought that was damaged in transit or from the factory and these guys were happy to swap it out for me. Miller is incredible and made my experience there one to remember. The shop is so clean and organized. Will be coming back to buy other pieces of equipment for sure and will recommend to friends and family.

The place had a great range of equipment and the staff was very helpful with finding what we were looking for. They held good knowledge in their products and provided helpful recommendations.

I did a click and collect order from the Ascot store. Not long after I got an email and then a phone call from Dean to say 1 of the items was at another store but I could either collect it from that store or one of his guys would pick it up for me and I could get it then. A few hours later he called and said one of his guys had already got it for me and it was ready to collect. Really great experience! Fantastic customer service!

Blokes are very helpful, this place is a Mecca for power tools. Very organised. I like that they told a fella he couldn't come in cos he didn't have a mask. One of the few retailers to actually enforce mask mandates. Well done!👍.

Tang up the store after a bad experience with one of your competitors. Spoke to Justin who was the exact opposite of what I had just been dealing with. Tool was in stock, he answered a couple of questions I had, and I was on my way in no time.
