Great maccas. We loved the outdoor area, especially on the autumn evening weather where you can get a table in front of the playground while the kids play.
Food service was quick and food up to maccas standards.

Ive been working just opposite for quite a bit and Jasmine who usually works the morning shift is honestly just AMAZING.

Very quick and friendly service and the restaurant was spotless.
Food was hot and fresh, there was plenty of parking and a dual lane drive-thru.
Great McDonald's.

I recently came in and appreciate the passionate and warm customer service from Leo the cashier. He made me feel welcome despite my obvious lack of confidence when ordering my meal. He assured me that my burger would be warm and fresh with an oozy warm salty mayonnaise. I was originally a vegan, after chatting with Leo about McDonald’s sustainable sourcing of meat I made the decision to be a full time carnivore. Many thanks Leo and the team!!! Well done!!

The manager was great, went out of her way to clean up my toddlers juice spill. It was very quiet on a Monday morning. A cheap fast option if you need a bit before flying. It has a playground too, but honestly i don’t rate the maccas playgrounds because my 3 year old always gets stuck at the top and i have to climb up and save him!

Sometimes we dine in here because it is clean and quiet and the service is swift. Best McDonald's in Belmont area. Drive-thru service is always a 10. Keep up the great work guys 👍

The service was good they brought our order out and the kids love the playground . Plus they have a cool table there randomly place lol

Great, a lo Ely late Lunch. Freshly cooked Fillet-o-fish. So hot so yum, it's the only way to eat, while juices are flavoursome.

Man the 1 star reviews have zero credibility like they're so stupid. One lady complaining her long black with a dash of milk was ruined because she got a long Macchiato instead, that's literally what a long Macchiato is tho??
So much sympathy for the staff that really try hard.

Look I'm pretty choosy with my reviews but I just got great service and I've never had problems at this McDonalds. For a Mickey Ds, it's definitely a 5-star joint. William was an absolute star with his service today and the young blonde manager(?) was doing a great job.

Update: I still haven't been let down by the crew here. They're friendly, accomodating and the management run a tight ship. Well done.

Very clean store and smells very good , the dude with the big head Paul made me a great burger it was very delicious keep it up buddy 🍔

Consistently great. Will go out of my way to make sure this is the Maccas we go to. Unlike the dumpster fire that is the Maylands store. Staff are awesome and put in extra attention that doesn’t go unnoticed. Hope someone reads this, good work guys.

The young lady Hannah was phenomenal. Professional and gave the most friendly service, that will make my next time in the Belmont area an absolute must, to stop at this McDonalds. It's quite refreshing how friendly people are in this part of the world. Food was fresh and the free wifi was exactly what I needed and worked very well. I especially liked how they have a charging port, which other businesses should learn from, as they are extremely useful. A++
