We go here to replinish all our miscellaneous needs n wants for smoking😊 The staff here are really friendly and have heaps of advice on all the products there. Good value, in my opinion, but not heaps of parking, though you should be able to get a spot easy

So for some more obvious reasons I won’t put too much detail, however I have to say - the best customer service during a shopping experience, where I knew nothing & needed expert assistance & patience.
This guy walked me through the process - asked me some questions about what was needed, & when I gave him the info - lined me up with the absolute best product choice.
How do I know this?
I bought a second online as a spare. It has no temp control & he had mentioned it was likely temperature would mean a lot.
He wasn't wrong. It arrived today & I tried to use it - tasted like burnt toast.
I have now given that one away to a loving owner & am just exclusively using a GeekVape (they’re so cute & comfortable - it is insane to me) & the price difference is $15, between the cheap basic starter one I bought online & the one in store.
He did not recommend me (FIFO worker & someone who could have easily been convinced I needed to spend $200) because he listened to what I was chasing - the fact I might hate it (never tried before but am a former smoker) & he recommended the best fit for me.
If he owned the store it would make sense & if he is just another employee - he deserves a pay rise & a retention bonus.
I will be back. He can have all my sales & I will recommend Redcliffe store to everyone who wants some first timer support.

If he hadn't given me such sound & solid advice - I do not think this set up or style would have been even slightly as enjoyable.
And my pain levels (chronic pain) have shifted so significantly for the first time in 3 years - I am in the best mood & more active than I could have imagined possible.

Amazing both times I went in.
I hiccup with something and both the staff member and the manager( Jason I think his name was sadly didn’t catch the workers name) were amazing to deal with.
They listen and helped to the best of their ability’s and that’s all you can ask for in customer service.
Could not recommend this shop more

Went down to the Redcliffe store to buy a bday gift for my man. Service was awesome and the range, very impressive. Could of stayed in there fur hours!!

Nice place went and payed 150 for a bong but cone piece was broken went and took it back got a better one

The young man serving was knowledgeable, respectful and cheerful. It was a complete pleasure and I am delighted to know the shop is local to us for purchasing gifts of incenses and burners at amazing prices.
