Sainil the man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally spilt some slurpee and offered to clean it but he was nice enough to say dont worry about it and cleaned it for me. Also a very clean store. Thanks

Great servo. Lots of delish treats inside, including vegan Ben and Jerry's. Gentleman who served me was very polite and courteous, which was a nice change from a lot of other servo attendants. Would definitely go back to this particular 7 11. Thanks!

This place normally has a good fuel price. Wanted to check the fuel price before I pop into the store so I rang but the lady on the phone saying you need to come to the store can't tell me such detail on the phone. I asked why and she said she does not know the reason and kept saying 'thank you thank you' felt like urging me to hang up. I think as the staff who is responsible for customer service on the phone I believe the lady on the phone should be able to address such matter and explain the reason why.
I still don't know why. I simply wanted to save my time and energy by knowing the price before popping into the store. If this is their marketing strategy I don't think it's a opened and genuine one rather hidden and ineffective one.

Bad experience with the customer service assistant who wanted to charge me twice for a transaction that had already gone through on my end. Don’t rip people off.

No toilets! When I gave feedback to attendant, I was told "don't tell me, it's not my fault" @7-eleven, you can do better! Poor customer experience, in addition to gauging with prices

Bought a coke. Which was flat, I asked the attendant if I could get a refund or exchange it. He said, “no, why would I do that? I would loose money”, I said to him that as a consumer I had a right for an exchange and refund. He said “I know the law and I don’t have to”.

He Cleary doesn’t know the Australian law about consumer rights.

Worst manager ever that half bald indian guy. Went to buy tobacco and got a wrong one so I went inside again after exactly 5 min( can check it in the camera), but the bloke didn't give me refund. Very rude manager. Sad 7 eleven.

Worst customer service. The manager there was very rude. Doesn’t want to refund even when you just went out to the car and come back. He is a real bully. Even threatened to call cops when we asked for refund. He is not supposed to be in customer service job.
