I've been super impressed with the service I receive at this store. From enquiries to purchases to refunds and warranty - every interaction has been great. Kudos to the team.

purchase technology that needed warranty repair. went through the motions and received a replacement on the spot

Today they were really busy running of the feet, but carlo assisted my every me and very patient. He insured quality, even though there was a large waiting time is little things like this that make people come back and really appreciate the professionalism and service.

tracey at the print section was AMAZING!!!!! needed some flyers done for my event tonight and she was fast, efficient and super nice. the flyers look better than i ever expected!!!!!!

Regardless of other comments my review is only about on individual, Allanah, a young impressionable lady that holds the whole store up.
She was calm and collected Regardless of the traffic. She meticulously handled each customer single handedly with courtesy and professionalism. Well done. She took the time to assist everyone whilst multitasking and completing previous jobs.
Management should look into and research busy periods and have more staff available....actually no, there are staff available, it's just that they should come and assist instead of chatting and hanging around behind.
Living in the area, I often visit the store, and I often observe a middle aged gentleman, Of Indian decent, who is so rude and rumbunctious . Asking him a question is scary as you will be told off or made to feel guilty about asking. "I have been here a long time, I know everything ", gosh, use by date coming up for review.

Went in to buy some tape and a white calk marker... received awesome customer service from Ryan... very friendly and knows the products very well 👌

I want to say thank you to a couple of staff members who were so patient with my child while taking his passport photos. I have a child who moved and moved and moved, we tried a couple of times with different staff. They were all so patient and great.

Last time I was in to collect a business order I had the pleasure of being served by Hayley in the printing section. Super busy morning, not only was she of help to me but to everyone around her as well.. Greeting everyone and doing regular check ins as she worked. As a business owner this us super important and Hayley's enthusiasm and customer service skills is something that is very hard to find in this line of work. Will definitely be my go to office works.

Even though Officeworks are notorious for long print and copy queues, I’ve been fortunate enough to have really good customer service experiences 3 times at this print and copy. The print and copy staff are kind and helpful, and I find the senior staff to be really knowledgeable and trying to provide fast service, rather than rude or harsh as some reviews say. I hope they don’t cop too much slack from probably being understaffed by management.

Carlo served me this evening at the printer counter, honestly what a gun! Made up iced coffee signage and they came up cracker!

His attention to detail was amazing and as always these guys are always under the pump, but regardless he did an absolute stellar job!!!

I had a great experience today at the printing department. I just wanted to say thank you to the girl who was working there. It was because of her information that's ended up saving us a lot of money in prints. Which otherwise would had to order online. The store was relatively busy and the girl was by her self. Yet She was super helpful. thank you again :)

Those ladies working in the print and copy section tonight were nothing short of fantastic. So efficient!

I also appreciated their care in centering my print job when I hadn't noticed.

They are good at what they do, they didn't waste a minute and they still took the time to care.

Irawati went above and beyond to help my daughter print her school assignment, even after many failed attempts she still persisted and got it to work. I believe she deserves to be acknowledged. I have never had customer service like this before and I appreciate it so much.

So affordable, user friendly kiosk for photo development and the customer service brilliant. They showed me and I helped someone else xxx love this store

Carlo, the Carlton Officeworks manager is absolute gold! Polite, professional, persevering to get the best outcome for customer and business. I cannot begin to describe how hard he worked to fix a problem with a product. You cannot pay him enough for how good he was - but don't let that stop you rewarding him for doing his job SO well!

Daniel provided me with the best customer service I've experienced in any shop in recent memory while processing a complicated exchange on some electronics. Good staff are hard to come by and Daniel is an asset to Officeworks Carlton. Special mention also to Carlo & Annabelle who were also excellent. Thanks a million!

I’m 76 & needed a monitor. Took my laptop, Daniel found a monitor to suit my specifications and I asked if he would attach it to my laptop to confirm it worked immediately & the cursor moved from laptop to screen. Although the store was busy, he quickly attached both and I was really appreciative he took the time to do so even though he assured me it would work. Thank you Daniel for your understanding. Officeworks rocks!!!
