Bought the breeze tripod fan Sunday, delivered Monday, so quick. They even called me Monday morning to say I'll be receiving my delivery, hows that for customer service 👌Absolutely love this & on sale. Thank you, looks very stylish in my living area. Love it

I deal frequently with the team at Beacon Carlton and find them all to be knowledgeable and friendly. Always happy to go above and beyond for me. Was particularly impressed with the way the team handled a difficult customer with an incredible amount of patience! Always happy to do business with them!

What a wonderful store with so many options to choose from but what stood out for me was the customer service. I called a few lighting shops for a product I needed and the other shops were dismissive over the phone. Stella answered my call and helped me so much I decided to go in to the store. I was greeted immediately and helped by Stella and also Laura who made every effort to assist me in my enquiry.
Both wonderful women. An asset to the company.

I was in search of a circular bulb for a long time and finally found at Beacon Lighting Carlton.
There is parking for customers as well.

Found exactly what we needed. Great range. Not heaps of options on display but what's there is really good. The manager said they could order in whatever we wanted at a better price than the other shops too. And he was really knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Great experience. Thanks.

Hunted high and low throughout St George & Sutherland Shire for someone to add a switch to an antique lamp. Finally chanced upon Lindsay at Carlton Lighting who was very helpful and did a great job for a reasonable price. Good old fashioned customer service with a smile. Thank you!

Lindsay gave us great service and very helpful advice. He really knows his stuff and happily explains all the pros and cons of why and how to use lighting in different spaces. Luckily I took in some photos of where we wanted lights. He is uptodate with all the latest trends too. Plus he a really nice guy

Apart from the huge selection of products, the staff are extremely friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. I wish there were more staff like this in retail

Professional lighting store that genuinely want to help clients with enquiries. Everytime I have visited this store they have gone out of their way to assist. The store has a large selection of lighting and fans all at competitive prices.

I was having a fan dilemma with a fan bought elsewhere. I needed to find a dimable LED globes. Lindsay saw my plight as his own challenge. He spent time looking for different globes that would be appropriate. He was extremely knowledgable and went above and beyond! Outstanding service! Lindsay you deserve all the chocolate cake you can eat :)

All I can say is if you need anything “lighting” go to these guys! So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - their customer service is “amazing” and they really go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% happy! 👍👍👍
