Big shout out to Rachael and Georgia
I just can’t say enough but I must say I found what I wanted next door at RSEA but they lost coz of their poor customer service and I came back to these two girls at TWW n I bought something new. If I am the owner I would take these two for a coffee for that

Customer service 100%. Staff know their products and are helpful. Great communication when they received items on backorder, updated me with postage ETAs.

Terrible service. If I could give no stars I would. We dealt directly with the Director, Brett who was helpful when providing quotes and gaining our business. Then when payment was made the service changed and he was not answering emails or responding to us at all after promising we could collect certain items needed. Brett once returning our emails apologised and said he had to go away an then blamed his team.
Now that I requested a refund as we werent happy with the embroidery proof we have been 'ghosted' again. We are awaiting a refund for embroidery and again no response to emails and not answering phonecalls.
Extremely frustrating and our employees are still awaiting uniform, its been over a month since engaging with TWW.
Ladies in store have been great, Nicole from Eastern Creek was lovely to deal with but has no answers. Its a shame the team is led by Brett.

Absolute rubbish of a business to deal with. They sell FXD garbage and their own staff admit that it is overpriced junk of extremely poor quality.
Never will I spend a cent again in this store or on FXD sub standard garbage.
