Anthony and the staff at DLF store at Warana were fantastic, they have excellent product knowledge and customer services skills. We had an issue with faulty fans, Anthony went above and beyond to get this issue resolved for me as quickly as he could. He followed up continuously with the supplier, making sure the it was fixed properly. The products are great quality and reasonably priced. But the service and customer care is next level. DLF provided a high standard of service. I took two lamp stands Into the store that had been in the family for a long time. I did not wish to replace them. They needed attention, new light shades and wiring and a clean. We discussed price and what ifs situations and matched light shades. I was very happy with their personal approach and assistance. The end result are two usable lamp stands that look lovely. Quality of work was a high standard. Thank you. I will call again.

It took me and wife five visits to figure out exactly what we wanted, we were replacing every light and fan. Anthony was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and always cheerful. Today his offsider Electrician delivered and fitted them all. I am so delighted with the installation, quality of product and the lighting is transformational!! My husband and I recently purchased ceiling fans from Discount Lighting and Fans, online we choose a product which we thought would be great, but after receiving a phone call stating that the chosen fan was an off white colour, we changed the order. The extremely helpful staff member Allegra was able to help us pick another fan. We highly recommend this business for anyone who is looking for fans or lighting we found them to be friendly and helpful and well priced.
