Great service and always friendly. Ordered my Star Wars balloon and heart over the phone. They were ready on time. Great range of product.

Was recently a first time customer & had a very positive experience with Party Affair. Found some adorable party things here that were hard to source anywhere else. Georgina was so patient, helpful and kind when I worked out my order online (and was very quick to answer any question I had). Then our party goodies were hand-delivered perfectly in plenty of time by Linton! Both obviously such sweet people. Was great to shop local.

Balloon delivery is ace. We started ordering number balloons from Party Affair during the pandemic, to make my daughter's birthday feel more special. The latest balloon was delivered with discretion while my little one was playing on the driveway. She had no idea! Thank you Party Affair.

We have used the WONDERFUL store for some years now and this alone had three occasions in a very short period of time where we needed supplies and staples like balloons, etc. This store is a real "old school" service and the folks that run it are FANTASTIC and helpful and prices are great and there's free delivery with a minimum order and everything reminds me of the way it used to be before superstores and giant malls. You won't find nicer people and why would you go anywhere else if you're anywhere near the area or worth the drive if you're not!

The helium balloons were a hit. The delivery and set up was seamless. The text to say you were on the way to the function was comforting. You charge too little for this quality of service, cheers Terry

Complimentary Covid delivery options during lockdown & still being offered despite restrictions lifting is testament to them recognising that whether we're in lockdown, generally time poor & now pre-Xmas, this offering is essential & appreciated. This has also not impacted or affected their prices, remaining consistent, nor compromised their customer service, with queries responded to within the hour.

Really good shop. I was there on a Sunday and the shop closes at 4.00. Perhaps the google directions and where the advertising picture posted hours say closing time is 5.00 need to be changed.
