terrible customer service and everything is just way over priced, staff were terribly mannered and you could tell they only wanted to be there for the money as there customer support was shocking. Walked around the shop before finally someone came up to me and spoke to me, her breath smelt like coffees and cigarettes and the smell of her cheap perfume was powerful enough to make the whole shop smell cheap. I asked for a price on this jacket and she told me a ridiculous number, i continued to ask for the prices on other items and was amazed at how over priced this place was, the same jacket i was looking at ended up costing me $15 from kmart, just shows that brighton only caters for the rich and privileged. I hope this store goes bankrupt off there daddy’s money and that they never open another store again. Will not be recommending this shop to any of my friends as they were just privileged lady’s running a terrible business.

The blonde hair lady is incredibly nice yesterday when I went. The black haired lady today however, juxtaposed it greatly. Staring at me and saying that she would upload me to YouTube, before finally saying that this store wasn’t for me.

I have previously bought sweaters and other clothing items from said store, and to reiterate, the blonde lady with the cheerful demeanour is awesome.

Black hair needs to get some manners though. At least learn how to smile when a customer walks in.

Went in there the other day, and both ladies in the store were both very rude and miserable. Terrible customer service, and zero care factor. There’s other shops that sell their brands.

I don’t usually review a place that I have not made a purchase from, but this woman deserves it. Browsing for a present for my wife when I heard the woman in the store abusing someone by phone (presumably a customer) over what appeared to be a quality issue. Zero care given that there was another potential customer in the store, hence I left immediately.
Seems to echo the last reviewer as well.

The owner here is terribly rude. Buyer beware- if you have any quality issues they won’t even listen to you. I had a top that was not colour fast and ruined other clothes. I don’t expect this level of lack of colour fastness from a quality shop. Instead the staff yelled at me.
