These guys know how to run a business.
I purchased an Amsterdam, it's a cracker ride, unbelievably quiet, comfortable, excellent components and with a comprehensive gear range.
Here's the thing though.....l live in Rockhampton, so dealt with the guys via phone and e-mail. l had quite a few detailed questions about the bike, all of them were answered, with accompanying photo's.
Totally satisfactory service and product.
And they have a sense of humour!!

I was served by Elias and Louis today. They helped us remove the front wheel of my bike and put it into the car. It was a ridiculously hot day, so I'm grateful they helped out. Elias even installed an extra bike lock I purchased when picking up my bike, and was speedy in contacting me to pick up my keys. Both Elias and Louis were professional, helpful, and very friendly!

Lekker is a fantastic quality bicycle! Rowan & Ethan are both top notch mechanics who deliver superlative service. Since I got my Lekker Jordaan, I have had not just more joy riding, but riding everywhere a lot more 😀 Thanks !

Managed to fully fit my bike out and install all the accessories for me on a first visit.
Really cool bikes too, internal cables, hydraulic brakes, belt drive and hub gearing is all super futuristic to me.

Rowan and the team at Lekker Brisbane are a stellar example of customer service and a huge credit to the Lekker brand.

We bought a Jordaan in December 2022 from a local bike shop (not a Lekker branded store) and in January it started making a clunking sound when peddling.

We reached out to Lekker Brisbane and Rowan helped us. He fast tracked us a booking on the weekend to be flexible around our schedule, and he and his mechanic worked on the bike all day as they found it has several assembly issues. Rowan did this all at no cost under warranty despite the bike not being bought from his Brisbane store.

Rowan and his team were exceptionally polite, helpful and caring, going way above and beyond to basically reassemble the bike.

Test riding it after their work it was immediately obvious the bike felt much nicer to ride, and no clunking sound present!

I hope the higher ups see this and commend Rowan and his mechanic - they are huge assets to Lekker.

Beautiful bikes and the service is top notch. Their attention to detail is spot on, they set up the bike exactly how I wanted it. It's the smoothest bike I have ever ridden. Do yourself a favour and check them out if you're in the market for a belt drive bike.

Amazingly helpful with servicing my Lekker bike, going as far as to teach me how to do repairs myself and and then being more than happy to fit different accessories that I decided on last minute.

I love my lekker bicycle but I got disappointing by the bell that dissembled a few days after getting it (one piece got lost so I couldn’t put it back together) and the front light didn’t last long neither.
Except for these accessories I’m really happy with this purchase.
