Kmart Capalaba

I was so pleased with the service I received from Kmart Capalaba the other day. They went above and beyond to help me find the item I was after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back again.

Well presented store, smaller in realestate compared to other Kmart but has everything most stores do. The self service checkouts we’re having a bad day as most of them were out of order the day i visited.

Best kmart around, will drive to come here as I had the most helpful worker assist me and my disabled mum look for homewares. Heather was an amazing help, giving us options and taking her time. Absolute superstar of a worker, couldnt thank her more🌸 10/10

Wanted to thank the wonderful young man, Luke in the toy section of Kmart Capalaba for his help on Thursday. He went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Kmart you are lucky to have this young man 🤩

I find it so disrespectful when people are going into kmart or any store and abusing the self service worker when there's no one working a register, they're just there doing their job and what they've been asked to do. If you have a problem then ask for help or simply leave, they're humans too, they have feelings. I witnessed multiple people abusing a young lady working the self service checkouts today and she walked out crying. Seriously people, do better! I really hope that young lady is ok and knows she's doing a great job. Not sure if the staff see these but she was working around 3pm 25/10 and she's doing fantastic dealing with all those rude people while looking after the self service and I hope she gets noticed

Usually has what you need and when they don't, usually has something you don't need but get anyway :P

Did an online order today was ready within an hour, no line up at click and collect Thursday night, had everything I needed. I liked that I got an option to have delivered same day if I could no longer collect.

One of my most favorite stores in Capalaba Park. I recently looked online for something and found what I wanted at $12 - $15 + $35 postage. Kmart had what I wanted for only $8. so Cheaper and no postage. Still a favorite store. Stocks are better than the last two years.

Kmart has a lot of cute decor, accessories and much more. Everything is cheap and they regularly have sales. Sometimes they run out of stock quickly and it is very busy on Saturday. Go in the afternoon for a quieter time.

Same as every other kmart, was clean and tidy, lots of stock and friendly staff. Layout seemed same as my local so was easy to navigate and find things.

Always clean and neat, with great customer service. Registers are hard to find, but very easy to use and always kept in a good condition. Everything is easy to find, and even if you can't find anything, all it takes is a question. One of the better Kmart stores.

I would like to complement a staff member at Capalaba Kmart . I called the store today 21/3/21 as I had lost a purse , Rebecca answered my enquiry , customer service is few and far between these days but this young lady went over and above to try and find my purse. Her politeness helpfulness and friendly phone manner should not go unnoticed. Kmart Capalaba this young lady is an asset to your business

Once again Kmart here is so much bigger and better. Love this place you can get everything you could and then they have even more . Youll need a least 1 or 2 hours to really have a look . Always last season marked down. Always great service . So if you want a plate,shoes,skate board, perfume,.soappowder plant pots pegs act this is the shop youneed

But really Kmart is great. If you need something on the cheap then go to Kmart. Really sometimes you never know what you will find!

Shopping at KMart is always enjoyable. You will always get value for your money no matter what you're looking for. If you want high-end goods then go somewhere else. If you want affordable items then keep coming back.

I did a Click & Collect Order for my Christmas Shopping and I have ordered a lot and am so happy that no items was missed. Thank you so much Kmart Capalaba Well done :)

I don't think I need any other shops other than this Kmart and perhaps the supermarkets. The clothing, shoes and home wares are exactly what I want. My home is full of Kmart items. The prices are superb .............and then they reduce them?.

Always awesome, staff are super friendly and it has all the stuff I've needed like the coffee grinder you can't find at any other store 😀

Great range of products. They seem to always have online stock. They are They always seem very busy but any staff member I've asked for help have been really nice and friendly.

Had what we wanted. Looking for computer mouse and they ranged from $3.75 to $18.00. Store was bright and cheery.
