This place is outstanding. Andrew and his team really deliver the goods.

They have everything you could want in a Butcher of course they have the normal cuts of beef, chicken, lamb and pork.

They also have a great selection of specialty meats such as goat, duck crocodile, rabbit, venison. They have quality eggs too.

They also have a great selection of organ meats which I particularly appreciate from time to time.

My friends and I have been coming here for awhile and we really appreciate Andrews work ethic and dedication to being an outstanding butcher. It’s so great to be able to get organic meat and support a local business who is doing great work.

The team are helpful and if you are looking to get something in particular you can order it in. They got fresh pig ears for my friends dog for example. Bruce the Steffi loves pigs ears, he also gets pretty excited whenever we give him the organic pet mince.

Phenomenal customer service. Called asking about bacon ingredients, and was really nervous to ask based on experiences with other butchers. The man was kind, honest and wasn’t rushing me off the phone. Not to mention, the quality of meat is sensational.

If you're looking for the absolute highest quality meat, this is the very best you can get. Everything is super fresh. The butcher skills are on display, and are extremely impressive. The eye fillet steaks are the finest cuts we've ever had.
You can see the attention to detail by the stunning presentation of the display, which is always neat and clean. There is a wide selection of meats and cuts available, including beef, chicken, pork, smoked ham, sausages, organs, as well as Barambah dairy products, Organigrow eggs, canned tomatoes and sauces, seasonings, jerky, specialty items, even croc and roo! You'll find everything you need and want here.
They are very informed about organic procedures and their product.
One final point, which is also a stand-out, is the remarkable quality of customer service, which is exceptionally rare, and is a throwback to the good old days, and which we greatly appreciate.

I really love the service and care taken. He is a wonderful butcher who orders smaller so as not to sell older stock, lets you know when fresh deliveries of the organic and free range are coming in so you can buy it on the day. he has been so helpful to me over the years, and I really appreciate his kindness and care. Fully recommend. If you have a problem at all, he handles this with great customer service and a smile.

The quality has never let me down. Never.

Over the past six months I’ve purchased: lamb, lamb ribs, Christmas leg of ham, free range turkey, beef rib eye on the bone, various sausages, chicken frames, beef bones, chicken livers, beef mince....list goes. All fantastic.

The staff are always kind and friendly. They’ve opened early/closed late so I can do a pickup.

I’ve read most of the reviews - this is definitely not big box/supermarket service and inventory. We’ve had our mix ups. I’ll choose ‘quality and friendly’ over Coles any day.

Andrew is such a good guy, who is focused on looking after his customers even if you’ve never been there before.

If you don’t see something you want, ask him and he’ll do his best to get what you want.

6* if I could. Andrew is the BEST butcher around. Top quality organic meat ( and now salmon too!) always goes above and beyond for his customers! Highly recommended.

I've purchased their wild organic salmon and several cuts of beef and lamb and have found the service to be friendly and very efficient. The salmon was really delicious and knowing it was wild salmon made it more special. The lamb and beef was tender with a flavour that was rich yet subtle, the dishes prepared were very tasty. The best thing of all was there were no chemicals whatsoever in the meat. I'll be a regular customer.

If you want genuine healthy Australian certified organic meat then this is the butcher on the Gold Coast to buy from. Don't be fooled by butchers purporting to sell organic, free of chemicals etc unless they are officially certified organic. Without the official organic certification you can't be certain what you are buying. So, better to ask them the question : Is this certified organic & check to see if the organic certification is on display. Absolutely the best meat....you can taste the difference. Service at GCOM is great & informative about what your buying. Wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Literally the nicest man on the phone every time I call for bones to make broth. His so consistently polite! Very rare these days. Great organic meat too!
