Sydney Tools Kewdale

I looked on their website online for a 2 piece drill/driver set and noticed they have a sale on only for that day so I rang them and Ammar picked up and told me that they only had one left in the store and so he sent me a link so I could click and collect that day. The entire call was around 7 minutes which was a lot quicker than expected.
Absolutely great service over the phone and in store, I will be going here again

Can get lost in the variety of tools there. Well organised aisles. No sales service as they are all just behind the counters to take your money.

What a great place to shop tools i am a mechanic and got great tools on great prices. Ammar and Tom are great guys helped heaps with expert opinions to choose the right tools. Happy

Amazing customer service, Michael P. went above and beyond, even calling outside of business hours to solve a problem I had getting maintenance parts for my tools, and even placed a special order on the spot for me when it became clear the parts were not stocked items.

Customer service like that is rare nowadays, so now I know where I'll be getting my tools from in future.

EDIT (they rectified in 5minutes, Shame it gets to that point to begin with but kudos to the manager) Better customer service from china shops on eBay. Can only BNPL online but bonus points don’t apply. Doesn’t matter the thousands you spend. I atleast got a Bunnings jumper for spending 500bucks at their shop.
And why the hell is there a free 12v Milwaukee battery in a $750 18v tool combo kit.

Popped in to get a few tools. Awesome service. The salesperson I had was very helpful and friendly. Great prices and amazing range. When looking for tool online, Sydney Tools always comes up as one of the best prices.

Have been to the store several times both me and my partner to buy tools etc for my trade. Mike Petherbridge went out of his way to make sure that we got everything we needed and even helped my partner bring the stuff to the car. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best service possible which is greatly appreciated.

I will be coming here more often, I spoke with Jackson on the phone and it was clear this guy has sound knowldege of the tools they sell and building industry/trade work we do. I made the trip from Fremantle to pick up a Makita Vac and accessories he had many solutions to offer for what I required on the job site, saved me time & money speaking with him. 10 Star Service

Great selection of tools

It was my first time entering a shop were they sell tools only,I was surprised how full and packed with tools it was.
