Came in yesterday to look at a few different tools for my new job

The guy who works there Caleb was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And the customer service I received yesterday I'll 100% be back. Especially when it came to specific stats he showed what to look out for

I'm excited on coming down and seeing what the VIP/insider night is all about, definitely made me a return customer

Wow Sam and Brendan provided excellent customer service. Sam went out of his way to make sure a Kincrome Amour toolbox was in stock and had it ready waiting for us. We were so happy to get itvon sale and with bonus $ too. Thank you so much

Good store specially great staff Bought a brand new kit from my hard heartened money last year
2 drills stopped working one of them fell from a short height and other one stopped working suddenly
Thankfully got my driver replaced for a latest brand new one

Some parts come from eastern states so it does take some time but the guys over here are not only cute, they helped me with my purchases and exchanging of items. No questions asked. Starting to be my new haunt.

Before starting my review, I noticed all the other reviews commenting on the exceptional customer service from this team. This was so pleasing to see! As I've never visited this store in person, yet their online communication and customer service was above and beyond. My online order had a tool that was mega-delayed! Whilst I was happy to wait, I did enquire 2 months later to check in on it and they offered a solution (replacement item) that was way above my expectations and was so unexpected! Am very grateful!! Thankyou this means a lot and I'll visit in-store for sure soon!

Went in to check out some cordless tools. Found a nice 6 piece combo, and was deciding if I should buy or not.
One of the friendly staff said if I buy today he will throw in an extra battery free as well as some promo gear.
Top kit and excellent service.

I was greeted today with a friendly smile from all staff behind the counter. I was interested in buying a Compressor and staple gun and the service was OUTSTANDING!!! The service from Bram was amazing and what I was looking for was only available on the day at Malaga. He enquired and spoke to another customer service assistant Kyle at Malaga and I received the same service. Gol to Total Tools their team is amazing and full of product knowledge. Thx Guy Kathryn

I was looking for some drill bits. After failing to locate the shop I thought would have them, I spotted Total Tools Kewdale and found they had a good range of quality drill bits at very reasonable prices.
What was especially good about this shopping experience was the awesome service from the two staff members who helped me. 10/10 !

Came in to buy a tool trolley and was greeted by very friendly staff who were willing to help me with any questions and happily helped me load the trolley in my car. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore and was pleasantly suprised with the pride they carried out their work

Attentive and honest staff - did me a great deal on a Milwaukee Hammer Drill/Impact combo. Threw in some freebies to get the deal over the line too. Walked out very happy and will be returning in the future. Thanks guys.

Excellent range of all tools, generally a choice of quality and very good customer service - the staff know their products. Recommended for all tools no matter what the job is, that you are doing.
