I touched base with mechanic Leon for some brake repairs and a roadworthy inspection. He was incredibly professional as well as a genuine nice guy who went above and beyond to bring my bike up to standard and also assisted unloading and loading my bike on my ute. Any future work required on my bike which I cannot do myself, I wouldn't hesitate a second to take it to them. I was shocked how reasonable their charges were and found Leon extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Hats off to your entire team as well and thanks again for your assistance on getting my bike back on the road. One Very Happy Customer. 😃

Great customer service dealing with the team and the sales rep Courtney at motorcycles plus.

I put a request up last night for a part i was looking for the past 3 months for my triumph. These guys got back to me with just the part ive been missing.

Wow what excellent service. I used Findapart.com.au and very quickly I was contacted by Motorcycles Plus who identified the part, called me and advised they had it, I paid for it and postage and its in the post. Brilliant service and very much appreciated

Desperate for a part to fix a customers bike, heard back from Motorcycles Plus within an hour of submitting requests to multiple retailers/wreckers and had the part paid for and ready for express delivery not 5 minutes after that. Very friendly and helpful team and a perfect example of customer service and good communication; two things sorely lacking in the industry these days. Will certainly be doing business with them again!

Great customer service and communication. First place i go to for parts for my track bike now and I'm in Queensland. Compared to other motorcycle recyclers, these guys are miles ahead.

Great service and the boys know their bikes. After getting really buggered and misinformed from other bike shops regarding the certs to get my bike regestered, motorcycles plus sorted me out no dramas.

These guys look after the customer I had good dealings with them about getting my bike registered this week and how they were not out to try and fleece me. I will definitly be going through them when it comes to tyres etc in the future, I respect the way you guys operate.

The Senior guy at the counter who’s selling used parts he is so respectful and helpful, i went there for Ducati parts,they haven’t and he tried to help me where i can get it.

Quick and efficient work, and went above normal call of duty to follow up on a few things relating to an interstate transfer roadworthiness.
