I have to really put this review up about the store manager Jullan Thomson. Omg he is just amazing it’s is a pleasure to go into the smoke shop, the way jullan greets you is amazing and nothing is ever to much trouble when you ask jullan . And I also love the love jullan has set the shop up everything is just amazing. Also jullan assist is amazing too. Regardless what has happened in the day in the shop they always have a smile and always willing to help. So with that all said I just think that jullan is just the bomb , great work jullan don’t change.

Very cool place, you can find soooo many options for party games 🎯 🍻 🏓, also souvenirs for the house. Very good store for people who likes to drink, you can buy stuby holders, drinking games, posters, also there are many options of ashtray, they look pretty cool 😎👌🚬.

Love this shop, some of the Gift's🎁 are beautiful i was amazed. The staff are super cool will be back.👍

Smokezone Odour Eating Spray. Fragrance "Sandalwood". Smells like baby powder. Definitely getting more. If I could buy it in bulk I would.

Wow, what an incredible experience I received in store today. The manager was very friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable about their products. I couldn't resist the store deal that was offered to me. Mix and match 3 gifts for $50. There's something for everyone like novelty, homewares, drinkware even band merch. Love this place. I will be back.

Clearly by some of these recent false reviews the store and staff are being attacked by a disgruntled ex employee. Smokemart Emerald is my go to store Ive only experienced the best customer service the staff are always happy and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with my forever queries about the best price and deal I can get on my tobacco purchases and they never let me leave without making sure Im ok with my lighter supplies. 👍

Now this is how you run a successful business....brilliant customer service by all staff but especially the manager. Very informative and great product knowledge, see you next week ladies.

Flew up from Brissy, came into the Smokemart and the BIG W complex. The ladies were amazing, I usually go to Smokemart in the big city - and the energy matches. Would recommend this store 100%
