The best Gaming shop for GW in Aus. By shear chance I found this place in the middle of no where, an Oasis for Tabletop Wargaming, genuinely, I'll never forgot the surprise I felt. The owner must be a legend, the orders are processed so fast, I sound like a shill but this place is ace.

Never been to the store in person, but they're extremely fast to get products shipped. Packed perfectly, even going as far as to put your paints and glues in separate baggies in case of an in-transit incident. Scoured the net and 100% some of the prices prices out there for their entire range. 10/10 am buying again.

So happy with the service and experience. Great competitive pricing on 40k stuff and arrived in less than a week (with free shipping!). Would definitely buy again. Also introduced me to the Shop app which was an added bonus.

Emerald Hobbies is one of the best if not the best store to buy all your miniatures and even some TCG and boardgames etc.

Website is a little tricky to navigate to find some things but not overly hard to find what you want.
Order was packed immaculately, brushes and glue in seperate bags and everything neatly packed and bubble wrapped.

I am very happy with their service and timely delivery

Absolutely love this shop, I have been buying from them online for the last 3 months and they have always been spot on, I am from NSW and when my local hobby shop closed I found this shop online and haven't looked back, the items come boxed neatly and paints kept separately in a zip lock bag, cannot recommend the enough! From QLD to central west NSW in about a week consistently. Thank you, the only thing I wish you had was a loyalty points program for those of us who buy from you regularly.

Customer service and online communication are second to none. I forgot to include postage on one of my orders and the guys at Emerald Hobbies picked up that I was interstate and quickly asked if I was picking up the order in store. I also had issues with my PayPal account and the guys at Emerald Hobbies were able to provide other payment options for me. These guys are extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, I highly recommend.

I live in Perth so have never had the pleasure of visiting the store. But I collect Warhammer and these guys have been more reliable than any shop over here when it comes to stock. And the prices are awesome. Even games workshop pre orders on online the same day GW release them. Might get it a week later than everyone else but ull pay 20% less. Love ya work guys.

Bought some WH40k boxes last Wednesday night. Package processed with AUS post Thursday morning and arrived at my door Tuesday arvo (South-East Brisbane).
