Discovery Parks - Emerald

Loved this park Would like to spend more time there Management were excellent A very well run park Loved each night happy hour as you got to meet other campers and hear their stories. A great way to find out about other places to visit Amenities were spotless .Felt very looked after Will be back

First I would just like to say Susan Reeves that due to the staff at Discovery Parks Giving our family special room rates due to the size of our function in Emerald, I think it’s very distasteful for the review you have written...
Adam, Nicole and team are an amazing team..In regards to noise all you had to do is call reception or go and see them and they would have definitely put a stop to it, Discovery prides itself on letting people have a great and enjoyable time...
As far as meals go, you ask the question on book in what time the meals are like most people would do as I did when I’ve stayed there many times...I will confirm as I did the bookings of the rooms that you were advised on many occasions that there was no family rooms available as they were all allocated to the elders at my request...If you had of said you just wanted a room there would have been no confusion, but you chose to say you were part of the Reeves bookings and that’s how the confusion was caused...
If at any stage you weren’t happy, you could have just seen Nicole or Adam in reception and they would have helped in any way as they always do, just take a look at all the other reviews...Your own Father In Law Couldn’t make it down the stairs so they allowed him to smoke upstairs to make it easier for him, so maybe ask the question and you will get the answers you wanting...
I would just personally like to say to anyone doing a review, go to the staff and say you have a problem, because maybe they don’t know about it to fix it, give them the chance before hopping on and giving bad reviews to businesses...
99% of the time I am sure they would try and fix it, as I know Discovery would if you spoke to them...Thankyou Discovery Team for looking after all my family on that weekend, I and the rest of my family are very grateful and will definitely be back again!!!

We found our room to be very clean and tidy, and the staff very friendly and helpful good value for the price, would definitely stay again.

Rooms were awesome double beds the food was the best of all mine camps i have visited.

We had a lovely stay with friendly staff very clean and comfortable accommodation, and lovely inexpensive food,

Cozy rooms. Plenty of parking. Close to town, shops and pub

For an Accommodation Village, the food is excellent, even better than all Civeo villages combined.

Gorgeous old Shearer's quarters. The rooms are very nice and quite large.
