Nice big store with heaps of specials. Can’t find what you are looking for then just ask the friendly staff. We were in and out in fifteen minutes and had all the items we could carry. The car park is acceptable and the shops are more than inviting. While visiting emerald be sure to call in and spend money while you are here. Cheers big ears

Best place in town for lower cost retail goods, but beware of some of the cheap gear, they're cheap because the manufacturer uses inferior parts. Better to by a higher quality item in my opinion, I'm sure the staff will have a recommendation.

Staff are willing to help, but customers should consider their own attitude before blasting abuse at staff, most often it's not their fault!

Learn Big W's Returns Policy before purchasing, note that it may have changed since you last went there. As when dealing with most retail staff be courteous and friendly to get the best outcome for yourself.

Big store with many options, also nice staff 😊 🤙. You can find things for the kitchen, also some games for kids, nice and funny pijamas too 😂, and sport clothes and shoes, everything at a good and reasonable price, and somedays you can have many discounts over that 🤙😊. Tottaly recomended 🍳 🏖🏃‍♂⚽🏈.

I am a visitor to Emerald and I had visited your store to buy a gift for my granddaughter that she had a special request for a squishmellow. Renee was the employee working in the toys section today. Renee was soo helpful. I just want to send a big thank you to her. You don’t find that service much anymore .

I love shopping there, if I live in Emerald, I'd go there everyday 🤣
Unfortunately I live in Blackwater, so maybe once a month we go there. The prices are alright, staffs friendly as well.

A not too busy small town Big W. Sure, it's not as big as other Big W stores in larger cities, but it's got everything you need and if you ask the service counter they'll be happy to order in something that's not in stock for you. Nice friendly staff, tidy store, well laid out. Really good as far as Big W stores go.

Normal size store, wide range of products available, mixtures of specials and overpriced products, staff are helpful and courteous, recommend this store.

Didn't have any issues. Was looking for a product not on the shelf, had a staff member go out the back and move pallets to get it for me

The products were a great selection and good quality overall. The footwear was of medium standards however. The bedding and linen was fairly cheap to expensive but great quality

Exactly what you’d expect from a Big W store. It’s a fairly large department store with a wide variety of cheap products, but I can’t help but notice that Big W (like most places nowadays) isn’t as cheap as it used to be. It won’t lose a star for that though because that’s the economy’s fault, not Big W’s.
