Nebula PC

I recently purchased a Cloud gaming PC with a coupon code from Ozbargain, and it has been running extremely well. The price was great value at $898, slightly cheaper than buying all the components, but with the added convenience of a 3 year warranty. Cable management is excellent, they have done the best they can with a non-modular power supply.

Fast communication was also a plus for me, they were able to help me with quick responses when I made a mistake setting up the PC. Pickup in store was very easy and seamless.

Lawrence was very accomodating of my changes to the spec days after I had already placed my order. Didn't have Nebula build my PC but I was able to pick up my parts from their Bankstown unit and build it myself. Had some issues trying to post but Lawrence helped me out via email despite it not being office hours - it turned out to be a lose PSU cable after many hrs of messing about. Unfortunately, I did recieved a DOA ram kit but Lawrence was very on the ball with getting this RMA'd and provided a replacement kit for a small fee. Overall had a very positive experience with Nebula, would highly recommend checking them out.

Though there was a slight shipping issue where the package ended up at my neighbor's house, Nebula PC was not at fault. To avoid such incidents, I'd recommend opting for shipping insurance. Despite that, the delivery still arrived in just 4 days to Perth.

I picked up the computer (the ghost) from Potts Point, which was easy to organise. Lawrence was great throughout the whole process and was so easy to communicate with, even after the purchase. The computer was well built, with excellent cable management - and was ready to go out of the box.

Two little points of feedback though, for a pickup the shopfront is a little difficult to navigate so some signage would be good, and the email we got the order confirmation was a personal email, so at first i was confused. Thank you Nebula PC for helping me with a custom build and amazing service. I needed to get a computer for my wife and I have been out of touch with computers for a while and Lawrence invited me to the store afterhours to discuss what budget and specifications I am after. After half an hour of researching and and reviewing the programmes we will be using, he helped me customised the build with the current specials and did not oversell and kept to the budget.
