Don't remember her name but by far the best service ever. Bought a fridge had a handle brake, not a problem. Then came out and checked fridge was working OK.

Attended Bathurst store yesterday with very little information of what attachment I needed. Staff went way beyond what I expected to ensure I received the correct item. Certainly 5 star service & I now know where my go to store is.

Went in for a charger and ended up buying a fridge as well! Perfect service by the lovely Michael from greeting to helping carry my bundle of goods. I've never shopped at Jaycar though if all your sales people are as thorough, informative and helpful then I'm wondering why I didn't shop there earlier. Thanks for making a shopping experience much easier than I thought possible.

Excellent customer service very helpful 😊👍 and professional with good product knowledge and a great range of 12/24 volt car fridge/freezers with all the accessories, solar panels, insulation cover's, backup lithium ion batteries. 3 year fridge warranty a market leader without the big price. Quality products.👍😃🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great store, lots of stock, will probably get what I need in electronics for my hobbies stuff. Purchased a Digitech stereo amplifier recently which I am very happy with, staff are very helpful, will be a returning customer.

Great new Jaycar store, with enough space to home all their main sellers, but not too large that you get lost in it. Good layout but I will never be a fan of the turbines
