McDonald's

This is the first time here at MacDonald's and the young staff there were really friendly I went in to just get a cup of coffee to take away and an ice cream cone, the young lady working there was funny , happy an totally enjoying her work there , she got me a nice cup of coffee and I also asked for an ice cream cone and I got the biggest ice cream cone I've ever seen at any MacDonald's I've been in before and the smile on my face when I saw it , I was very happy, just like a kid again I was just seeing the size it, thank you. I went to my car to go and I spilt my coffee in the car , so I went back to buy another coffee I saw the young lady to buy another cup of coffee, as she was about to take the order the manager came over as he heard what happened to my last cup of coffee and he said he make another cup for me and he made my coffee for me and said don't worry about paying for the coffee after what had happened to my coffee , thank you . Then I left my phone on the counter then another young lady ran out of the store to give me my phone before I left the car park, again thank you.
I highly recommend this MacDonald's restaurant at Bathurst as they have the friendliest staff there and the manager there was really great , friendly, kind , it might be only a coffee and a ice cream cone I got , but they left a great impression on me as they did respect there customers and they all go out of there way to give you great service,
Again I recommend this restaurant for any goes to Bathurst..

Only McDonald’s I’ve been to that wash the floors, will be better if they use clean water and disinfectant or use a steam cleaner with vacuum will be a quicker alternative

But a bit more love In putting food together than just throwing it all in.

Tables and toilets not kept clean.
Out standing all other McDonalds stores in cleaning-nest, food presentation, smile, and clean your hands in between transactions and you’ll get all five stars from me.

Fast,clean, efficient,and great coffee,use the app and get free coffees,handy on a work day,or when mum dad's in the car by themselves,a little treat.

The drive through was very busy but staff apologised for the delay and was putting cars through as quick as possible. The food was extremely fresh and very tasty. I'd even go as far as saying the fries I had were the best I've had in the past year or so.

In the time I ordered to when I picked up my order was calculated at 90 seconds. Very good service.

Easy access close to the highway, food is good, parking is available.

Stopped here EN route from Bathurst to Sydney. Got coffee, water and was served by a most lovely young girl called Sarah. She was most pleasant and very chatty. Also a shout out to the young girl who was calling out the order nos! She was giving it socks

my family and i went in on Thursday evening for a quick dinner stop. we were serviced by a young lady who's name tag read Arhna. she was very patient with us as i have 2 toddlers... very good employees on front counter they should receive more recognition :)

Stopped for a quick comfort break and early morning snack while on a long road trip. All really good and was back on my way.

For a McDonald's, this one is one of the best of the many, many I've been to. The crew trainer who took my order was quick witted and a fast thinker! Even better, the order was tasty and fresh, always appreciated when you've been on the road for hours. Covid safety was addressed by a personal visit at the table to ensure we'd checked in. Great job Mecca's Bathurst!
