Wow I loved it there! It was so peaceful and relaxing. 🧘 The rooms are lovely and it’s so quiet! The staff were amazing! The beds were comfortable and the spa bath was lovely. Jess was so sweet, and the rest of the staff were so helpful.

Great location. Clean rooms with a small kitchen and everything else you'll need for a quick stay.
Meal portions were a little smaller than I'd like though

We had a family stay here recently. Upon arrival we were surprised to see that the access to our room was via stairs which was not convenient with small kids. The girls at the reception were so nice and professional that they moved us to an easy accessible room. This room had an old conditioner that was emanating some noise and I didn't have a good night sleep. The next day, I had a chat with Alex and he was so kind to upgrade us to a better room.

20 years ago I worked in 4 stars hotels in Paris as receptionist and the service provided at Rydges Mount Panorama Bathurst is excellent. The manager has done a great job training his staffs to take care of customers. We actually forgot a massage ball and they sent it to us by Express Post. How awesome is this?

The breakfast could be better notably in terms of choices and also think of including barista coffee free of charge (cost of good not more that $1.5 per head which is worth it to please coffee lovers).

Overall, we wish to think the staffs at Rydges Mount Panorama for taking care of us and making us feel home. We will definitely be back

Nice place....the room had everything we needed ....my stay was not long enough tho was enjoying it to much haha....there were cars at the racetrack going around the time that we stayed....so you could be in bed watching the cars go around!!

Stayed 2 nights in winter school holidays. Friendly helpful staff, food was actually really good. Not always the case in Hotels. I don’t usually notice this but the bed was very very comfortable. Lots of Kangaroos and good spot to adventure from.

One night stay during a road trip. Right on the track, room was clean and tidy, beds were comfy, would definitely consider a stay during the Bathurst 500. Track is public road, so you can drive the track yourself. We will be back!

AMG hosted an incredible event here. The staff and catering were fantastic.

What an absolute awesome place to stay. Room was fantastic for the family. 3 bedrooms. Plenty of space. Good parking and right on the track. Breakfast in the restaurant was awesome. Definitely will return here again

The service by the staff here was second to none. The rooms were great but the outside balcony was open all along the floor so anyone in any of the other rooms could walk past your balcony window. No privacy. Other than that the room was great. The buffet breakfast was very good also and worth the price. You also get undercover vehicle secure parking. It was a bit more expensive than the other accommodation in Bathurst but it was worth it. I will go back there again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Was unsure about going to Bathurst outside the races but what a surprise quite relaxing there was still a thrill in the air just being at Mount panorama . Friendly staff great service and the rooms were fantastic.

Was blessed to stay in a room that was angled up towards Conrod straight and can easily see the Mount Panorama sign on the ground on the hill.
Very tidy room and extremely comfortable bed.
Food was quite yummy for dinner and breakfast

Attended a wedding a few weeks back. Great location at Mt Panorama overlooking the race circuit. Reception centre was quite nice and the meals were awesome, great work chefs in the kitchen and waiters were really good too.

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel while visiting the Winter Festival. It is the hotel staff that add to the value. Poornima went above and beyond in her service to her guests -- our personal thanks to her!

I'm a regular here, and have stayed here quite a few times, and the service has always been exceptional.
During my most recent trip, my door lock wasn't functioning, and it didn't function for 3 days in a row. The front desk ladies and maintenance did all they could to help me, and when they couldn't fix the lock, they upgraded my room and provided me with a free dinner and breakfast. Granted, I know I should have been upgraded earlier when the lock issue was initially discovered, but I was still very thankful for all they did for me to let my bum trip end on a high note. I will no doubt keep coming back though.

Booked a couple of rooms here for drivers during the Bathurst 12hr. The group booking manager is super friendly and helpful. It’s located right on the track so very handy for big events at Mount Panorama. All rooms overlook the track
