National Motor Racing Museum

A must for any racing, especially V8 supercars fan.

Always something wicked to see here. And they do rotate displays, so their is always something new to see.

Great layout and you can get up nice and close to displays which is a great touch. Don't worry both two and four wheel fans are catered for.

Love the history of the great race and this place really brings that to life.

Also has a gift shop which helped me with my Bathurst winners collection. As they have some diecast models there.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience as a motoro enthusiast. A great range of Aussie racers displayed beautifully. Spacious location and all indoors. The gift shop is awesome too. Would recommend visiting if in Bathurst area

Amazingly presented museum celebrating the richness of motor racing history in Australia. Awesome exhibits and many rare and historic racing vehicles to see. Highly recommended when visiting Bathurst.

The national motor racing museum at Bathurst is a great place to spend some time walking through looking at the history of Australian motorsport. Their is motorcycles and cars sprint cars, engines etc. Would recommend anyone going past to have a look through. Afterwards go for drive around the famous circuit. And park at the top and use the walkway to walk Skyline and look down at the town of Bathurst.

A must visit for any rev-head making a pilgrimage to the location of The Great Race.

Plenty to see in the Museum and a great chance to see hero cars from past and present.

For those who are into muscle cars, this is a wonderful place to visit, you can buy beautiful souvenirs from there, it's not so expensive. Unisex toilets are available there. There's a dark room where they play videos on 3 walls of the past races, the sound wasn't great, it was fun for kids and for adults as well.

Great museum with lots of exhibits & good historical information to read through.
All cars and bikes are kept in good order without dust. Overall there wasn't that musty museum smell you normally have to put up with.

If you like the history of Motorsport, especially on Mt Panorama, this is a MUST see. The curator has done a brilliant job of setting up some amazing displays. Items in the collection brought back many memories of watching the races with my dad.

You have to take your kids to show them how the racing on the mountain all began.

Had a wonderful time having a look at all the cars and bikes. Everything from old to new, great spot for a rev head Holden or Ford

Interesting place, plenty of old race paraphernalia. From classic cars and old bikes as well as plenty of Interesting facts and historical data.

The gift shop prices are a bit high, especially considering what is on offer.

Wow! So many cars and bikes all with such a unique story behind them, cannot go wrong coming here, plus it’s right next to the Mount Panorama Circuit so another bonus!

I'm here for Bathurst 1000 and so glad l visited this museum.

A lot of fun to see the cars up close. Aptly priced and great location, if you’re driving up Mt you should definitely consider stopping in here. The location is nice and clean, friendly staff and good memorabilia. I would recommend having the collection coin machine checked however. When I was there it took my money and didn’t slot the coin. Highly recommend.

A must see for any motor racing fan, covered the whole history of racing. Cheap entry at $15, memorabilia lined the walls, as well as the cars and bikes on display. Videos played on TV throughout telling stories. Staff were friendly and welcoming

Loved the collection of racing cars. Was surprised to know that most of the exhibits are in running conditions. Would be very excited to see them on the circuit doing a few laps to showcase the racing heritage.
