Bottlemart 5 Star Spence

Friendly service, open late, gr8 selection of red wines which are nicely priced, some interesting imports from continental Europe. The massive queue on the day we went into lockdown 2.0 was a demonstration of the importance of this place as a local shop to its surrounding community. Run by possibly the hardest working man in Australia.

A good shop run by a very hard working small business owner. Convenient times and the alcohol prices are very competitive in comparison to the big chains.

Didn't realise this place is actually still a supermarket as the Bottlemart signs are so prominent but yes it does indeed still have a near full supermarket range. Owner seems friendly enough and all the customers seemed to know him by name, my only issue is that they have a $10 EFTPOS minimum which I didn't think anyone even did these days but there you go.

A convenience store that is very inconvenient !

I work a job where i am outside for 75% of the day .
On a 35 degree day i went into the inconvenience store on copland dr to buy a cold drink as i had already drunk my two bottles of water .
I put the bottle on the counter and wait for the worker to get off his phone to serve me , he scans the bottle says the price and i present my card .
Worker says min eftpos is $10 , i asked him if he could let it go or give me cash out to make it up to $10 he said no you still have to buy $10 worth .
I left the drink and walked out .

Terrible business practice ! In a small store like that you would lose more business then make more by doing this money making scheme .

I try to support local business when i can but i will never go back here .

Terrible selection of goods , dirty store ...... untrustworthy .
