Steve at Bondi Junction was friendly and incredibly helpful. Even when what I was looking for was out of stock he checked the other stores and then offered a good, cheap alternative. Can definitely recommend!

Jaycar Electronics in Bronte has friendly and knowledgeable staff members who helped us find what we needed at an affordable price. The shelves are fully stocked with just about anything you can think of for electronics products. Their rewards/perks program is also excellent. They have free parking and an entrance in the back of the property.

They always get back to me within the same day and gave a genuine sense that they want to help me with my projects. The store has been completely transformed by the new manager, with an ‘easy to find’ layout. The team are super knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for technology and electronics, parts or projects, this is one of the best available.

The staff here is exceptional. Came in with a broken Super Nintendo power point. Adrian took his time and expertise and made sure I left out as a happy customer! Being an American, I can conclude this store has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills!
