Worst customer service I have encountered in my 36 years living in Sydney.
I came in at 2 pm ish on Saturday December 16 2023 with a frown on his face and cold and rude response for a drink I asked for the price with no thank you.

But as soon as an Australian/ caucasian entered straight after me the guy at the Counter smiles and says how are you straight away

People are so judgmental he doesn't even realise I'm a doctor who pays tax as long as who knows who and a home owner.
Just judging from the looks maybe because I'm Asian too who knows.

ALL customers should be treated the same.
No matter where and no matter what. Our society especially in Sydney is sadly not like what it used to be.

I would DEFINITELY discourage anyone including my friends to come here.

This branch certainly gives the name the bad reputation.

But other branches are heaps better.

This branch in Bondi junction doesn't have many selections. Very limited.

There are plenty more supermarkets and seven eleven across the road which offers more products and plenty more around the area.

Daylight robbery of Covid Antigen tests! $26 for one test in a zip lock bag.. I’ll never be giving my money to any Ezymart ever again. ACCC report has been filed.

I always went to Ezymart as it's close to my home, but that might have just changed today. I bought a 1200 puffs vape and as soon as I opened it I noticed that something was not right as its light stayed lit for a while and the vape itself starts to heat up. As soon as I noticed this issue I went back there to try and swap it but the attendant said there was nothing he could do as there was no leak and I could keep inhaling it if I wanted to, but I don;t really want any explosions near my face. Funny fact is that the lebaneses that frequent the store usually get a 5 star service and even freebies. Time to quit smoking I guess.

Rudd attendant, accused us of stealing when we entered the store when he wasn't inside. Should have locked the store if we shouldn't be in there!

Lousy attention and customer service. They don’t respect the prices in the tags or there are some products that don’t have it

They don’t like cash. Poorservice. They guess the prices. Check your change.
