I got everything what I needed with huge savings money.
Strongly recommend shopping there.

I would really appreciate Mark who is from Fresh Veg Section. He did a really amazing customer service. He is very patient and kind, treat customer nicely. He always gives awesome service when I asked for help. Happy shopping in that shop always. Thank you for all the great service.

Customer service is so much better in Coles Eastgate than Coles Bondi Westfield and Coles Edgecliff. Only in Eastgate is there a connection to the customer. A lady called Karen especially, I think she is a supervisor there. She's very good at customer service, she assisted me in refunding some vitamins after another personnel wasn't helpful.

Gotta love Coles Supermarkets and being so close to Aldi which is an overpriced waste of time the fake take on Coles Organic Coffee and both being of German Origin is one never to buy even if you are saving 15cents.

Very clean shop wide asides for u to move around when doing your shopping and closes to cafes to grab r bite to eat good set up in this shopping centre

To the young woman who was working on isle 10 at 3pm today, thank you for being so thoughtful and caring to all the customers around you. Very sadly I witnessed an awful customer being incredibly verbally abusive towards you for no reason. You responded politely and cordially, and maintained a high sense of honor despite how awful he was. In a time where we need essential workers more than ever, grocery assistants deserve respect and empathy. My only request is that the managers at Coles make sure to thank their employees for all that they do. They deserve better, and I’m grateful for all the wonderful service they provide us.

Yesterday went there looking for pork roast with crispy crackling. the gentleman in the delicatessen tapped the roast and indicated it was not his standard. He told me to return at five pm today and i did, he remembered me and had set a crackle roast aside..mmm perfect. This guy knows food and customer service. He is also very funny.

It was lovely to see everyone masked up, using the sanitisers provided as well as wipes & checking in with QR code.
Our Coles store has always provided shoppers with the necessities to keep us Covid Safe. Those shoppers that are infectious, non compliance and irresponsible, seriously need to take responsibility for their actions.
Our store has made a huge makeover, with wider isles, ample stock so there's no need to ravage the shelves. It's bright, friendly, and a pleasure to shop there. If you're only there for a short time, you're rewarded with free parking. Just brilliant.

I went to Coles Bondi Junction early afternoon. The staff was busy filling the shelves for this weekend i suppose. Didn't have the time to check. I always have good deals at this Coles.

Coles Bondi Junction the East gate shop is well stocked at the moment .U need to sign in and wear a mask .Plenty of staff to help you find what u want.

I've always liked shopping here because it's easy in and easy out and the staff are lovely. It's more personable than others I've been to

My preferred Supermarket at all times, I purchased almost everything from Coles Westfield Bondijunction Store.

This is my local and it stocks everything I need. I've switched to click and collect since covid and the service is excellent, the staff are always very helpful.
