Big shout out to Jaey (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) and the other assistant at Nextra Kenmore today, Sunday 20th Feb.
Our friend was asking about buying a gocard and Jaey immediately recognized he was struggling asking in English, and from Spain, so spoke to him in Spanish. What a gift! Her Spanish is excellent so she eagerly and proactively continued to explain to him carefully in his native language (he'd only arrived two days ago). The other young lady also offered valiuable information! What a lovely surprise and wonderful level of service. Not that we expect Australains to know another language, but as a true blue myself who speaks other languages also, I'm so happy to see and witness this global attitude of knowledge welded with the wonderful, genuine Aussie trait of helping others. Thank you and well done ladies!! Your small contribution today will go back to his vast family in Spain and concrete the image internationally of what a great country and what great people Aussies are.

This news agency takes newspaper home delivery over the phone, then drivers fail to deliver papers. When I called to cancel the subscription due to this agencies incompetence the girl argued with me and refused to cancel it. Despite them not providing any written confirmation of my subscription when I arranged it, they then told me I had to call the courier mail to cancel. When I asked how the girl started giving me attitude and whining about how “she’s just the accounts girl”. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked for the number for the courier mail to cancel and she told me she wasn’t happy talking in the phone and I could get the number myself. The sheer rudeness of the staff at this agency is unbelievable. Complete lack of professionalism. I don’t recommend anyone give their business to this agency.
