The Good Guys Bathurst

We purchased a cheaper CHIQ washing dryer combo machine from the Good Guys online with pick up in the Bathurst store. However after installation & following all the instructions, this machine just didn't do the job. A quick phone call to the Bathurst store discussing the problem with Chloe solved all the issues - we upgraded to a more superior Bosch brand at additional cost which was even price matched to another competitor online. The Good Guys Bathurst took the CHIQ machine back without the packaging and provided the new Bosch machine which works a treat. This was an excellent "above expectation" customer experience with superior communication by the Good Guys team which we were absolutely thrilled about. Thank you for sorting this out for us - highly recommended store to deal with.

If you’re thinking of buying from The Good Guys, visit the store in person. Unfortunately, I placed an expensive order through The Good Guys online with delivery and had to phone the Bathurst store when it didn’t arrive to find out why. David was incredibly helpful in tracking the order down and assisting me with options moving forward. Visit the store and make sure your item is in stock before purchasing. I was very impressed with the quick assistance of the Bathurst Good Guys store team.

After getting off to a shaky start, The Good Guys at Bathurst came through and provided excellent service. My TV purchased through Service NSW replacement offer died after 2 years of use. I am a pensioner with disabilities and was unable to return the television to Bathurst (I live 1hr 13mins away), they sent a small truck to pick up the item. It did take 3 weeks to get a report on the status of the television, but the decision was to replace it. I was given a substantial credit to purchase a replacement. My choice of replacement TV was $40 less that the credit available. With that $40 credit I wished to purchase some sort of warranty. Bathurst Good Guys employee, David, made that happen. I have only had the TV for 1 day and so far so good, but it is NOT the television I am reviewing, it is The Good Guys at Bathurst, and I have only good things to say about them. Well done.

The sales manager David was incredible help and I couldn’t be happier with the service! He helped me effortlessly organise a fridge delivery from Bathurst, to orange, while I was in Sydney. He not only assisted me so well, but also helped me organise a digital payment with a good discount. Thanks David! 🙂
