Exceptional customer service. Has an issue arise from another store and the Manager and team handled it wonderfully and assisted to find the items required.

Purchased a companion 70amh power unit which was subject to a warranty claim. Professional and efficient service from staff. Unit was exchanged and the process was stress free and timely.

Staff incredibly lovely and helpful, put my items behind the counter for ease and also let me "nap" inside the store to test the product. Much better selection than the Cairns store, 10/10 would recommend. ANACONDAAAA

Only a beginner camper, got a mallet recently with help of a wonderful staff member. Feeling like Thor with the hammer in hand, smashing tent pegs became much easier. Highly recommended.

BUT I give 1 star for the two senior staff he had to call over twice to help him process a gift card transaction as he wasn’t sure how to do it …
Coming from a customer service background myself it was very unprofessional from both staff members the way it was handled
They both seemed very put out they had to come over to help and the second time I even had to call them as they hadn’t quite heard him asking for help . ….
He apologised to me when I was leaving but it was clearly not his fault at all , all he needs is some good training and supportive leaders

Came into store yesterday. The store looked really well stocked. The young girl Carissa was very helpful. She went out of her way to help us. Highly recommend Smithfield anaconda

Always love me a trip to Anaconda. Opening day was fun and enjoyed the freebies. The staff did an amazing job 👏 can't fault them. If they didn't know about somthing they found out for you and didn't just palm you off which I appreciated. The clothing section is huge when the other products have small areas which I found odd.. some of the online prices and prices from the other store differed tho and that was annoying. Like the family first aid kit was $30 online and at the other store in town but $40 at smithy so they need to work on consistency. So be a wise shopper and check the pricing🤑

Begun using Anaconda over BCF at Smithfield locations. They have more stock and of course price match. My son buys his work plants here - soooo comfy, great styles, not just fishing 😉
