Kmart Smithfield

Walking in to the Halloween section the day before Halloween I’m met with empty shelves, a kind man named Thomas was restocking the Halloween decor to which I asked had he seen a scream mask in his stock. He sadly said no but went on to radio all the staff out the back, racing around the store to all departments physically checking in with every staff member. Unbelievably one staff member in the camera section had a scream mask behind the counter and my day was made. The effort he went to find a $1 scream mask for son was out of this world. Excellent customer service, Thankyou.

When I unsuccessfully tried to order a large limited stock item online I called Kmart Smithfield. Charlie and his supervisor were able to find and secure the very last item for me. Great job guys, thank you !!!

Bought this for $40. Its actually for sun deck chair, but could be use for single bed extra cushion or at the beach.

It was a good day for me shopping at Kmart. Price was good and this store is so much better than the city shop.

Kmart, there is nothing you can say bad about this place.. It caters for everyone and price wise affordable to everyone too. Went there on Saturday 7th Jan 2023, to get my partner shirt, shorts, which we found just like that hahahaha love it. The door greeter was doing an awesome job...

We went there yesterday, I find it they have more products and it is bigger and more organised than the K mart in town, we bought a lot of staff yesterday for my daughter school shoes and bag, we usually have problems trying to find what we want and this K mart has it all, i noticed also that they have more selections of things, I mean everything, definitely coming back here for Christmas shopping. I like there prices too. Very good value for money.

I was in KMart Smithfield this morning looking for a large amount of new bedding, and l asked for help. A lovely lady called Donna came to help me, and she smiled and said “ahh remember me? I helped you a few weeks ago!” DONNA was amazing, and l often shop here as l live in Palm Cove!! Great work again DONNA!!!!!!!!!!!

The new look Kmart is starting to look great as the shelves become stocked up. Great improvement, and congrats to all the staff working throughout the change over. You should be proud of how the stores looking.

Ordered bikes to be delivered to Port Douglas, Helen was so easy to deal with and made this slightly strange order really easy. Kayden helped us after we had some problems and was so professional and helpful. So impressed with the service we have been given.

Good variety of goods at good prices. KMart is always good for its linen and specials.

Not a fan of this complex though as its too far to walk to stores. It's shaped long rather than round and I always feel exhausted after going there.

This was a bit of a stinker because the layout had changed so much with one thing or another and trying clothes on over the top of your own clothes, must have made some peoole think they had to run off with them as there was panic around it. It could be that panic came in from somewhere else. Social distancing does that. I cannot understand why people are prevented from sharing a wardrobe, when everyone is sharing particles so small yet so accumulative they do not even realise that hugging each other is the best medicine. Oh well. Kinda dreary

I love how convenient this store is to me. Most of the time it has everything stocked. Staff are helpful 👍

Smithfield, outer Cairns, Qld store just amazing ! Yes really ! Well stocked, very good merchandise prices, range, all areas well-recovered after various displays publically trashed too. Super value for money and yes, we CAN use AFTERPAY both online AND instore 😁 Full marks to team Kmart Snithfield- great work. Excellent Christmas product range also! And yes, I am well qualified to share modest observations re this subject. Highly impressed so highly recommended. Cheers all.

KMART is a place where you can find most of your needs from entertainment, bedroom, camping, kitchenware, pet accessories, clothing, gifts and automotive products - you name it! KMART has been a great place to shop for many years.

Like any kmart. Not too busy this morning. Cheap Easter eggs on offer all 50c each
