Coles Cairns Smithfield

We shop inside COLES on a regular basis at least twice weekly, always found the staff to be helpful & friendly. Self serve check-out always straight forward without much delay. A store to shop with everything under one roof.

Beautiful shopping center but really long walk from one side to the other

Love shopping in Coles, find different foods in this shop. Unfortunately we don't have Coles in Atherton.

Up here on holiday popped in for some groceries bit of price shock though

Loved shopping here. Just want to say not enough butcher like in Clifton or Redlynch... hope they do better. I see better meat in Clifton and Redlynch though.

Checkout operator was so friendly & efficient, he cleaned his checkout after the customer before me & wished her a good day. Welcomed me & asked if I needed a bag, then proceeded to put through my groceries. All the time, bring pleasant & friendly. He struck me as being very proud & conscientious of his position at Coles. His name is Javier & I shall remember him as he made my day. Heather.

I've always done my shopping here in Coles and am still doing it for two/three reasons: 1. Accessibility to car park + bus stop,Post Office,K-Mart and Donut King! 2. Coles(Smithfield) is spacious,neat and tidy. 3.Service is good!

Great food at a good price. What a friendly lady who served us too - even though she was so busy. Delicious burger and a huge salmon wrap, plus to drinks for under $25. Would highly recommend.

Great place for the regular family shopper. Now very spacious aisles and most goods available. I used self checkout where staff are available and ready to assist especially the elderly.

Great place to shop with the exception of one fulltime staff member Who is always rude and looks at me and makes me feel like she absolutely HATES me. Ive tried to converse with her, but she was very rude. She's short, with no personality.😒

Always have heaps of stock. Staff are pleasant.

Now Smithfield Coles has a different layout from previous Coles stores, otherwise we'll supplied just a hunt finding the items at first.

Good service. Clean and well designed aisles. Our 'go to' supermarket. Usually well stocked with everything you need in one store.

Grain fed steak was excellent 👌 😋

Friendly staff, simple store layout and great pricing. My main place to go for groceries in Smithfield.

Always busy, there's lots of parking and the reject shop is just a walking distance from them. The banks and the ATMs and the Event Cinemas are all nearby

Pat yourself on the back staff at Coles, you guys deserve a medal and a pay rise.

Click & Collect so much better here than at Clifton Beach. Really friendly, bring the items to your car, can't fault them.

I left Cairns 5 years ago. We moved to Perth WA chasing the mining dream. When it dried up and we returned this Oct 17. To my surprise 5 years later key people are still there. I was so chuffed The Gorgoues Leah in Deli then I saw Marlene in check out. Apologies for the other 5 staff that have been with coles from 2015. For myself to see familiar friendly faces ..PRICELESS. ...
