Woolworths Revesby

Troy is a legend; I was under pressure, my wife wanted this so bad because the kid was going to camp the next day. This item was meant to be shelved up the next day, but Troy took the trouble and understood "dad's duty" and took him some time to find the key to unlock the storage. Finally, he saved a potentialtial risks from my human resource/financial controller/CEO (my wife).

Shelfs are fully stocked up, sanitiser and wet tissue being provided at entrance and check out. Very easy parking lots just Infront of the entrance. Recycle bins and pick up area on the right of the entrance. Staffs I met are very helpful as well. They were putting up new price tags on Wednesday morning during my visit. It is not even Oct and Halloween stuffs are already up on the shelves!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experiences at Woolworths Revesby. I grew up in a country town and feel as welcome in Woolies Revesby, as I do at home. Sophia, who is generally at the front of the store with the thankless job of keeping eye over the self-serve checkouts, is just so lovely. She, and the others who have this station, cop a lot of flack for just doing their job by checking bags/backpacks of those who are leaving (do you know how many people are throwing stuff in their bags at the moment??). She always greets me with a smile.

The other girls and guys are awesome too, with only the rare exception. Sushi Itzu is just soooooo good!!! My go-to to spoil myself (at least) once a week.

Congratulations on your staff. With the smaller choice of product, prices, public stress . They are the ones handling this reality for little pay. Thanks and kindness would be more appropriate.

Friendly staff and good atmosphere

They should have rain check. So, if an item is on sale and there's no item on the shelves, the customer can take the ticket to the customer service desk and get that item on sale when the product comes in store. They receive a docket with the product name and sale price and the amount the customer wants. Example: 5x of Ginger slices $ 4.20 you have a month from the date is on the docket.

My favorite grocery to shop, close to my place and has 2-hr free parking. Just make sure to shop before 9pm else it'll be difficult to go through each aisle because of staff replenishing the shelves, they through boxes on the floor which makes it difficult for trolley to go through.

Friendly customer service, a juggler at the register, and reasonably clean.

Well-stocked store and the parking is much better now with the boom gates are functioning. You do get an additional hour of free parking so plenty of time to do the shop.

Try to avoid peak times however as sometimes you can be waiting 10 minutes to get to a checkout kiosk or person.

I actually like going to Woolworths at Revesby, great parking and they have a cash for cans and bottles machine which I always get a chance to do👍

It was busy at the time I went but check out was quick lest check out cashier

Always have stock and what you need

I dropped a bottle of cough syrup at the counter which started leaking on the floor. Needless to say, the staff were very friendly even though it was packed and cleaned it up and I was grateful for the way they handled the situation. Definitely enjoy shopping here.
