Prefer going to a brick and mortar store but I thought I'd try these guys out online, as I'd heard some positive things on the Mustang forums. I've run 5 star hotels in Australia and abroad for decades, so I'm one of those waynekers that are hyper critical of customer service delivery. These guys deliver exceptional 5 star service in spades. I ordered at like 10pm at night. Got a confirmation immediately. My package was already in the mail, Express delivery with a tracking number next morning 9am. They had also followed up with emails to make sure I was happy, answered my questions promptly, with personality too, revealing they weren't bots, and credited reward points to my account for future purchases, without the prompt to do so. Really impressive. Will I make those future purchases? Hell yeah I will, these guys have earned my loyalty and custom.

I first found Subject 9 on Facebook, visited the site and was amazed with the variety and competitive pricing. It was posted quickly and before I knew it, I was admiring the quality of my pieces. I purchased carbon fibre bits and a tint kit, the carbon fibre parts were flawless, immaculate just how you want them and the tint came with easy how to instructions, packaged perfectly to avoid creases and wrinkles. I have yet to apply my tint kit but the carbon fibre is on and I love it so much!

I cannot express the level of commitment to excellence in both service and quality of products that I’ve experienced from Subject 9. When I save up, I’ll be back for the carbon fibre mirrors and paddle extenders.

Also please do some subject 9 decal stickers or merch. I’ll gladly put some on.

I was looking for a fair priced supplier in Australia to 'mod' my Mustang and was happy I came across Subject 9. Ordered the carbon fibre dash kit and steering wheel for a 2020 Mustang from Chris at Subject 9, exceptional service, the carbon kit fits like a glove and looks awesome and the matching carbon fibre steering wheel is excellent quality.

Would give no star if possible. The after sales service is atrocious. When I requested assistance to fit a part bought from this horrible company I was sent an expletive filled text which I have a copy. The quality if the rubbish sent to me was quickly returned. Never again.
