Coles Worongary

This is a great little Coles.
Also has underground parking as the front car park gets full pretty fast.
Stumbled across it after getting off a flight.
Very friendly and helpful staff as I had no idea where to find anything. 😊

We come here for grocery shopping most of the time because it's conveniently located. The one we prefer is located at Mermaid Waters where we go to for certain items which we cannot get here at Worongary Coles. Its a great Coles here though and the staff are friendly and helpful. The centre is easy to access. But if the carpark at the top is full, just follow the road around past the chemist and bottleship, turn right and drive down into the undercover parking. There's a walkway ramp from the carpark to the shopping centre. Also at Worongary shopping centre there is a postshop, butcher,bakery, coffee-house, hairdresser, discount shop, and a mixture of el fresco eateries and takeaways. If you want a quiet place to shop, then choose Worongary Shopping Centre.🙂

so, went this coles location on sunday for the first time. i didnt expect much, it seemed alright to me, but WOW. i was AMAZED by the customer service! ive never experienced so much friendliness, especially by one employee!

i dont remember her name, but i asked her where something was and we had a friendly conversation. it wasnt awkward at all, which was quite unexpected. she was so nice, and she knew exactly where the thing i wanted was. i will definitely be coming back if this employee is working!

to the manager, i think the young girl definitely deserves a raise! her name was emma, if i remember correctly.

I have come to this store to purchase a few items this morning, unexpectedly. It was quiet busy at such an early time. The 12 items or less registers were full of our beautiful elderly. I have a newborn in my arms an my other arm full of groceries. I did not mind at all to wait at the 12 items or less, but I was in a little hurry so decided I will scan my items myself.( I have one arm taken up by a newborn, so only one arm free to scan, bag an pay) I was approached by a very kind worker by the name of Sandie, who offered to scan all my items an bag them for me.
I was already having a horrible morning, so thank you Sandie- you rock!!

What a brilliant store. We’ll done especially Tim in fruit and veg who went outside the requirements to exceed in assisting us with help regarding our charity. The team are led by example in Matt the manager who’s team reflect his professionalism and above average customer service. I’ve shopped here weekly for years and have never found reason to change. We’ll done guys.

They have long expiry dates on everything and their bread is cooked to perfection not too much yest which makes it bubbly and tear so id say this is the best coles on the gold coast but broadbeach is open longer

coles worongary is the place to be the staff there are super hype in particular Olivia she is always up for a chat! and she's nice to look at 🥰 please put this girl at the front more often PLEASE also a pay rise wouldn't hurt!!!!!! also my rotisserie chicken slapped

Great Coles to shop at, medium sized shop with a massive range of items. Staff go out of their way to help when you need their assistance. I find the staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Makes for a very happy shopping experience for me.

Great coles!deli always looks fresh and fruit and veg good quality. Meat tender especially rump steak. Staff friendly. Parking can be a pain but park underneath and all good

It's coles. They give us specials, clean floors, wide selection and stores every second exit off a highway. Of course it's 5 stars. Keep it up coles.

i wanted to get some food and have a nice day however i was greeted with a rude staff and a disgusting coles its is worth avoiding

Interesting. I sometimes shop at Coles Worongary and other times at the much bigger Coles at Robina.
I find that product is easier to find at Worongary and it is as well stocked as it's bigger neighbour.
One of the strengths of Worongary is the closer contact with staff who continually perform at an amazing level and are extremely courteous and professional.
Also clients can still get car parks in a relatively small car park whereas the strategically placed larger Robina carpark is overcrowded by four wheel drives being driven wildly by errant drivers going elsewhere and who found their licences in Weetbix packets.

Excellent for a couple of Kiwi's over here on holiday.
