We found the staff here are very friendly and helpful. You find a large section of Chinese, Korean and Asian products here at reasonable prices. We always shop here.

Small Asian supermarket opens till quite late, friendly couple, decent price.

Bought a pack of fried soy, came home and found it to have fungus. They're selling old products and it's harming to human consumption. Also found out that they remove the date of expiry of many products they sell. Definitely going to the department of health for this.

Unfortunately the staff here have lost their touch with their community. This is why people choose supermarkets over local businesses. Will not be coming here anymore, revoke my membership. Tongli supermarkets have always been a much better establishment, will take my business there. They have better range of products for competitive prices, they aren't anywhere nearby this establishment but much more worth the drive. Hope you find some care for your customers in the future or you won't survive inside a stockland property for long

Everything is overpriced. Staff are rude. I tried to pay on card for something less than $10 and instead of telling me about the surcharge she starts tapping the safety screen like it offended her. Big yikes. There was a notice on the safety screen about the surcharge.

I asked about the price of a merchandise, and the clerk auntie said "I won't tell you if you aren't buying it". Is this how you treat customers?
Also this afternoon, five or six customers were waiting in line for checkout, no one was at the counter, and the same clerk auntie who was then at the vegetable area JUST STARED AT US AND WASN'T WILLING TO HELP. We were clearly queuing up for checkout and we kept saying "excuse me " to the clerks but no one bothered to come. Terrible experience.

Bought a soy sauce this afternoon, already expired for two weeks!!!! Where is your quality control??!!

Been there few times, worsted customer service, more expensive than any other Asian store. If it’s not because this is the only Asian store in Merrylands, I will not going back!!

Check your recipts as the prices listed are not what they charge, also bought Veg from there and they wanted 15c for a bag to place the veg in where woolworths and coles offer you free bags to place your fruit and veg.

I’m disappointed this shop(lady)she very rude she not saying excuse me or ask nicely she ask me to pay kara milk but i said I brought that from wollies she said show the receipt (instead of saying can i see receipt if you don’t mind) i show it she never apologise, she’s very rude negative star

They have stuff everywhere, no pricing and, very expensive compared to other Asia grocery stores
