Aimee is so kind and lovely. It‘s the perfect place to practice traditional Hatha yoga. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the teachers are so great. I was so happy to do the mantra with Harmony Woo. I was so happy to be able to practice here. Where I want to go every day place lovey 💜

The Dharma House has recently opened in Mudgeeraba and I can’t be more grateful for the fact that this studio is here. The classes are at great times throughout the day to fit in with my schedule, it’s easy to get to and in a really great location, and all the different teachers I’ve had so far are knowledgeable and present. The yoga itself is really beautiful with a big focus, no matter which class, on the breath and I have found this so grounding and allows me to go deeper into my practice. Thanks guys and I look forward to many more beautiful classes.
