Loved my Hazelnut Latte and the Chocolate Soufflé is to die for 🥰😋 it’s a delightful chocolate haven with its indulgent desserts and drinks. The cozy ambiance complements the tempting menu making it a perfect spot to satisfy your sweet cravings.

Was in the other day, and was looked after by Maddie, she was exceptional, you guys are lucky to have someone like her on board! She made us feel so welcome and the vibes and coffee/chocolate were on point!

Amazing experience !! The share platter was worth every penny 👍👍so many different things to choose from and definitely enough for two people. Highly recommended for every chocolate true lover ❤❤❤❤ nice customer service too, good jobs guys 😉😉

Really really great desserts!! Everything is just sooooooooooooooo delicious!
Still haven't tackled the OTT but I love the little mug mugs! Just a great vibe to just chill and indulge in with friends or family before/after dinner and or movie.
The staff are really great too. Also love the layout of the restaurant. Fast, friendly service 👌🏽

Just wanted to say that one of the employees (Wolfie) made one of the best cappuccino’s I’ve had on the coast the other day. They were so lovely and welcoming. The staff here are wonderful.

My boy absolutely loves chocolate and this is heaven to him. Great service and very clean

I should have got the waitress name because it’s service like hers that makes a place 5 stars.

We got the fondue for 2 & a mocha, at the end of the day & end of our wits with 4 small kids in tow. It was great but it was the service that outshined tonight. So to the waitress who was serving meals between 6-7pm hair half up and half down. Thank you, love your work. 5/5

Max Brenner for me is the best hot chocolate and Robina was the first one that I’ve been to and had a great customer service! I always hated the customer service in every single one I’ve been to. I didn’t get their names unfortunately but there was one long hair guy and one brunette girl that were very lovely. Thank you! The place is very tidy too. Hot chocolate was delicious as always

My daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting yesterday and were so thrilled with the friendliness of the staff who were very helpful and provided us with excellent customer service. Our order was served promptly and was utterly delicious. The cleanliness was top notch and social distancing maintained by the removal of some of the seating throughout the cafe.

What an amazing Chocolate Wonderland Experience! Just adore going to this great place to cure my chocolate cravings. The food is delicious and well presented and the coffees are just superb. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. These are just some of the reasons I keep on coming back to my absolutely favourite haunt. Has a great view by the lakeside - what more could you possibly want?

i came in yesterday and i ordered a serve of waffles and it 5/5! it was extremely busy but the girl who served me , tall and brown hair offered extremely good service and gave me and my family a lovely experience, definitely will be coming back !

Take away hot choc and brownies were late by 13 minutes last night and the cashier (name starting with a T,like Tyeesha or something like that, black hair) gave us 2 complimentary hot chocs for our wait time! I have always had great customer service there and the food is the best. Thanks to this lady for making it even better and being very considerate :)

I just want to relate my awesome experience at Max Brenner Robina. Nikita was amazing and attentive. I went there with my mother and sister in law who has downs syndrome and she took it upon herself to ask if I would like a warm chocolate rather than hot for her. She also realised I would need water with my fondue order and got me some without me asking. Extremely great customer service and great initiative shown. Thanks Nikita ❤

Delicious of course! Staff friendly and helpful. Quick service. They sell a good coffee , so it's not all yummy chocolate. Nice atmosphere away from the roar of the Foodcourt and Christmas shoppers.

Just had a lovely visit here today. Wow they were super busy but that didn't take away from experience. I loved the vibe and the Manager was super efficient. Definitely be back. Thank you

I got Bad Boy Brownie Pizza and Crunchy Waffle Balls Hot Chocolate. Both of them were really yummy. The stuff was friendly and made me feel welcome. They helped me choose exactly what I needed. 5/5!

Enjoyed my dessert so much it was amazing, presentation on point as well plus the giant chocolate mixer is very cool

Not much of a chocolate fan but this was an experience and would definitely recommend passing through here if you are in the area.

We go to Max Brenner in Robina Town centre every Monday after we have been to the library. The staff and service is consistently good and of course the chocolate is amazing!! One small niggle is that the chocolate could be just a tad warmer like they serve at the Broadbeach shop but it's not a big deal really. What's not to like about chocolate hot or cold! Great shop in a great location and always clean and tidy.
