Australia Post Arundel

I live in helensvale. Dhruv Patel is good delivery driver . He is always dilever parcel and letter in my letter box and good coustermer service. Now we miss dhruv Patel last few weeks.

I live in Pimpama and just wanted to leave a review as the postman that delivers my mail is so friendly. As I receive a lot of letters, the postman always takes the time to knock on my door and delivers them directly.
10/10 service.

Very good competent parcel delivery service for the Parkwood area my packages come through here. There is no post shop anymore unfortunately. Nearest one is at Harbourtown.

Paid for express delivery2.30pm and delivered at 7.30am next day. Delivery staff very cheerful and professional. CON 2304797

What is going on!!! I have had TWO parcels from Ghanda clothing go missing in the space of 6 weeks and one was sent express post, they were both processed at the Arundel Facility and went MISSING from there. You need a staff audit obviously someone is stealing!

Absolutely terrible service, I had to make a comment as this has happened a few times now, the delivery guy does not get out of his van and returns the items I paid to be delivered to the local PO to pick up. I go to the local PO to pick up the items after a few days looking for my parcel. Not happy

Postboxes and mail boxes only. No retail services.

Very disappointed with this post office's ability to redirect mail. The folks are living away from home whilst mum is undergoing cancer treatment. Whilst the hospital shouldn't have sent anything to my parents' primary residence, we set up mail redirection as a contingency. Lo and behold, the hospital did send something to the wrong address and the mail redirection didn't work either.

Mum and Dad also didn't get their council rates redirected and incurred additional costs for having to pay their rates after the due date. No compensation on the extra cost incurred has been given by Australia Post.

As far as we're concerned, mail redirection is a waste of money as Australia Post can't deliver when it counts.
